The team at The Sewing Studio have been so helpful since I got my sewing machine. The Janome HD4200 came with a mechanical display window, and it was malfunctioning when I first started using it. I contacted TSS, who referred me to their technician, and they solved my problem immediately. So thankful I chose them to buy my sewing machine. Amazing service.

This Shop provides a brilliant service. Their delivery service is on point, no delay, no waiting for days. The material is 100 perfect. I love buying from them

Delivery was super fast despite the fact that I live in Scotland, which sometimes means I don't always get next day delivery.

The Sewing Studio provided exceptional customer service. Nothing was too much trouble.They took the time to answer all my questions, and there were a few! They even sourced videos for some of my more complicated queries. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase they were just happy to help. In this day and age this kind of service is the exception to the rule.
I would thoroughly recommend them and I shall certainly be using them again in the future.

The choice of fabric etc is excellent and the response to orders is very prompt. The staff always reply quickly to email enquiries which is very helpful. Wish I lived in Cornwall!

The Sewing Studio is my favourite fabric shop, it's the first place I look when I am trying to source new fabrics for my quilts, bags and other sewing projects. The website is easy to use and there is a wide range of beautiful fabrics online. The ordering process is super easy and my items have always been sent out really quickly, so I didn't have long to wait for the parcel to arrive and I have always been thrilled with all my fabrics. I highly recommend this shop and hope that one day I will be able to visit the shop in person.

I bought an overlocker from The Sewing Studio as I’d previously had a good experience purchasing my machine from them too. Even though I was a bit frustrated that the overlocker arrived unthreaded, which was unexpected as the web description and manual suggested it would be, I eventually figured it out. Apart from this little setback. I am very happy with my purchase. This company are very responsive to questions and the item arrived very quickly.

very impressed with The Sewing Studio, there was a problem with delivery but it was DPD's fault.
this is my 1st sewing machine and as im in my mid 60's i didnt want any thing to complecated. I have made the cover so im looking forward to my next project.
