Great Service!
Experienced great service from Haron and his colleague at the Bugis Junction pop-up shop while selecting pieces to put together for my suit. I was particularly impressed with Haron's patience and knowledge. If ever need a new suit, do give The Shirt Bar a try!

Great service at VivoCity! Mr Azizan personally tried on the belt for me, assisted with sizing and recommended designs. I like the material of the products and the thoughtful packaging.

i went to the wheelock place outlet. the store was busy and it took a little while to get the staff’s help. once we did Yanne made sure we had an amazing experience. he was very proactive and creative with his suggestions. he went above and beyond. overall a wonderful experience. thanks Yanne!

Strongly recommend
I have experience with three outlet. One in Jewel, Wheelock and Vivo city. All the staff is friendly and helpful.
The quality of the shirt is amazing. Soft and feel durable. The shirt fit nicely on your body and you won’t feel too baggy or too tight.
I will strongly recommend you to try.

Wonderful Customer Experience by Jin at Wheelock Outlet.
Dropped by Wheelock outlet today. As it was my first time buying a suit I wasn't sure what to get or even my size. Along came Jin who immediately made me feel comfortable with her immaculate customer service, polite yet useful suggestions and essential questions. I felt really at ease and what she recommended was a perfect fit. I looked like a million dollars! Thank you Jin for your assistance today. Will definitely drop by The Shirt Bar again for my next purchase of gentlemen essentials.

Love the wrinkle free shirt
Bought a white and blue everyday armour shirt that is wrinkle free, anti bacterial, anti-odour and anti-UV and with many other functions. Super comfy. Love the tees and chinos that I bought too. Thanks for helping me match my outfit! On top of that prices are very reasonable too for the quality that they offer

Fast and responsive customer service team. I even got a sneek preview of my 11.11 purchase on the day itself before it was promptly delivered to me the next day!
Realised one of the purchase was not ideal, and the customer service agent promptly assisted to make a change at physical store!
This is what i call tip top customer service! WELL DONE!

Quality of shirt - bad wrinkles
The last few shirts i has bought, 2 of them had bad wrinkles even after ironing. So far the shirts i had bought from the shirt bar isnt that bad ( even though it is not easy iron / wrinkle free )

We would like to share with you that the shirts you purchased from us are probably 100% cotton shirts and are of finer yarns and fabrics. The good part about it and why you might have chosen them is because they are more breathable compared to synthetic fabrics and nice to the touch. However, the trade-off is that it is the characteristic of cotton to crease. Also, the finer the fabric, the nicer the hand feel but the easier it is to crease.
We would also like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our wrinkle free range and our Eco-ol bamboo collection, now knowing that wrinkle resistance is a big concern for you.
