A fantastic complete service from start to finish with The Shutter Tree. Amaya explained everything about the blinds and was very knowledgeable about the product.
The shutters were of good quality and brilliantly fitted by Blair. They look great. I would highly recommend The Shutter Tree.

Amaya visited our home to discuss our requirements and measure up to provide a quote and we didn't bother to get anyone else in. Amaya came to my home to advise and measure for new blinds. It was easy to order my new blinds. I was kept informed as to delivery and to fixing. Fixing was efficient and clean and I am happy with installation and operation. More than happy to recommend this local business.

Amaya came down to my new property and measured and helped me decide on layout and colour.
She is very professional and knowledgeable.
The shutter arrived in good time but I delayed them from fitting for a while as decoration wasn’t complete. Again this was no problem to them. I was kept informed on every detail time scale etc.
then finally it was Shutter day and the lovely Frank came with my whole house of shutters.
He was a pleasure had a smile on his face all day. That might have been the sausage sandwich. But he worked so hard and tidily. It was a long day for him but it was a perfect fit.
I couldn’t recommend The Shutter Tree more it was a seamless experience and a perfect job.

The moment Amaya visited and talked me through my options I knew I was dealing with a professional and the end result has confirmed that.
From ordering to installation I was kept informed of progress by Victoria who always went the extra mile to help answer any questions. Even on installation day she telephoned with an expected arrival time.
The fitters, Dave and Briony, were fantastic. Very friendly, informative, clean and tidy - a pleasure to have them working in the house.

We are lucky to have been visited by Amaya and her team before Christmas to have shutters fitted to our bedroom. What a wonderful experience from start to finish - from the initial phone conversation with Amaya, we felt reassured that we had made the right choice. We were supported in making the correct choice of material, colour and style, with Victoria also available via phone and text to confirm choices. Really happy with our new shutters. Would definitely recommend.

I had toyed with the idea of shutters for my bay and front bedroom window for some time. I got in 4 different companies to quote for the work. The prices varied quite a bit, but the overriding reason I chose The Shutter Tree was the fact that there was no stress about it. It was a calm process.

I had been told by two companies that my upvc sliding sash windows in my bay window weren't suitable for shutters because there was little or no recess and not much in the way of a cill either. This confused me, because Amaya never batted an eyelid about the windows being problematic. I nearly didn't go ahead with getting them done. I got back to Amaya who said they'd be perfectly fine, gave me measurement of the frame dimensions and with the use of an wooden offcut I was able to see how far they would protude into the room. Armed with this information I decided to go ahead with the installation. I'd already decided that if I were to go ahead that The Shutter Tree would get the work. I'd been given lead times for the work to be carried out. These were very accurate.

Yesterday my shutters were installed. I am so glad that I decided to go ahead with them they dress the windows perfectly. The fitter removed my venetian blinds as I am not able to do this myself due to a medical condition. No other company was willing to do this. He also brought the upstairs ones downstairs for me, and collected up all the fittings also. I've also learnt how to fill in the small holes left by the removal of my blinds. After seeing the fitter use it on my blinds where fittings were put in, this was to cover small pin holes.

Our custom made shutters were made perfectly, communication with the company was easy simple and quick and they even replied to me multiple times out of office hours via WhatsApp!

When the shutters arrived they were fitted professionally, quickly with no mess or damage.

Smooth process from start to finish. The team talked me through the blinds and shutters options, measured up the space and ordered my pieces the same day. Install was done in a few hours and the shutters look great! I liked that you could customise the shutters in every detail - width, colour, hinge colour etc. I love my new shutters!

Great knowledge by Amaya on what shutters would work best for us. Victoria in the office was great too. The fitter did a great job, took all the rubbish away and cleaned up afterwards. A great price too compared to other companies.

Such a fabulous service from start to finish. Amaya clearly knows her stuff and was talking me through all of the different options and frame sizes and gave advice on what would look better with my windows. She measured up and they fitted perfectly. The fitters tidied up and took away all the rubbish and cardboard. My blackout screens are awesome and keep out the spiders so I can keep my windows open. The shutters in front of the blackout screen look beautiful. So, so pleased and great value too.
