Service is very good. The product was delivered within two days of order. The chocolate meal replacement I find a bit rich and sickly. I will get the vanilla flavour next time.

These shakes are honestly the best…
These shakes are honestly the best shakes on the market, they taste 'clean' if that makes sense. I've a sensitive stomach and often get bloating with other shake brands, the Six pack ones not only taste utterly delicious but are filling and I've never had any bloating with them. Amazing.

Fantastic Results
This was my first wave and it has been brilliant. You get all the support you need from the coaches in terms of exercise and nutrition to achieve your goals. The support you also get from the other participants is fantastic. I have had really good results and have joined the next wave. Would definitely recommend this program.

I have just completed my 3rd wave of…
I have just completed my 3rd wave of the Six Pack Revolution and have once again had amazing results. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their health and fitness back on track. You must be prepared to commit to the plan for the entire 75 days, without any treats to get the amazing results. This plan keeps me focussed, has been amazing for my mental health and seems to have kept my menopausal symptoms at bay, so its a win, win all round. Would highly recommend it to everyone

SPR has changed my life
SPR has changed my life! I was at such a low. My doctor recommended it and I havent looked back. Scott and his team are with you all the way. The recipes are delicious, so are the shakes. I was astounded at how quickly my confidence grew with the exercises and I think that's because I felt part of such an amazing team of people all working together. It really has given me a new lease of life.

Probably the best tasting vegan shakes I have ever tried.
I’m lactose intolerant, so I go for the Vegan versions.I have tried both the Vanilla Caramel and the Chocolate Meal Replacement Shakes and also the Chocolate Post-Workout Protein Shake. The Stevia aftertaste took a little getting used to, but now I Love them all. I have not tried the Strawberry flavours.

The Six Pack Nutrition Smoothies
The Six Pack Revolution Smoothies - Meal Replacements & Post Work Out - are absolutely the best I've tried. This is the 3rd brand I've bought and I'm sticking with them - they are soooo smooth, thick and taste devine. I highly recommend them, if you mix them with ice they are even better! The flavours are spot on too - whilst my personal favourite is the Caramel Chocolate - the taste of the Strawberries & Cream is out of this world.
If you are looking for a satisfyiing Meal Replacement Smoothie/Shake or Post Work Out Smoothie/Shake, you really must try these - and not a single gritty bit neither!
Well done The Six Pack Revolution Nutrition team - you've cracked this. Can't wait for the next flavour release.

Wonderful Protein, Fantastic Service
Would have to say the best protein powder and post workout protein I have ever tasted. It is thick, creamy and absolute deliciousness. There is no synthetic taste like some of the protein powders and not extra sweet. I would highly recommend to all my friends. The service, when ordering, is easy and delivery is super quick.

Excellent body and mind transformation!
The Six Pack Revolution is the most fantastic programme for anyone wanting to get their body back in to shape and change their mind set to health and happiness or just be with fit and healthy. The support and guidance throughout the 75 day programme is absolutely incredible. Each group has a coach and two assistant coaches to help support and encourage throughout. The food is super delicious and the exercises are suitable for everyone as can be adapted to either be simpler or harder depending on your starting point of ability. This programme comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
