Have used your mask's (peel off and sheets) for a while now. Recently started using your Pure Retinol 0.2% serum and loving it. Been using it for just short of 3 weeks and seeing results. Love your products.

The delivery was right on time, when they said it would be delivered and I was pleasantly surprised with cute packaging and great products!

Since I bought this salicylic moisturizer,I'm seeing change on my face.It's really a good product for pimples,I had big pimples when I started using the product,but now it reduce the size and I hope after two weeks it will be all clear.

It has been good,my feet are still peeling.

The ordering process online went smoothly, I once got hold of someone on the phone to follow up on my order which was due for delivery on the Monday but she could not reach the driver and said she would call me back.. she never did..

On Tuesday I called 5 times each time I tried a different destination either sales, or customer service etc. but no-one picked up and phone call was killed.

That was a bit discerning but I had received my order.

I would feel better if my products has been sealed with plastic around each of them as I felt like anyone can open and use the product that has no seal...

Delivery was fast.. Hassle free...
As for the product, It's still to early to say however it really hydrates my skin and gives my skin an instant glow. This is the 2%salicylic acid moisturiser

it makes my skin feel great, the stickyness goes away after a while, its too early to say if my pigmentation or dark circles is brightening, but i will buy this again love it

The delivery partner is unreliable and dishonest. They delivered my order to another house in my complex and said they can't reach me on the phone. They told the lady they were going to phone me and tell me to go collect from her. They never called me, she ended up contacting me fortunately and I received my parcel. It was very unprofessional for your courier to give my parcel to strangers without my consent.

I love that I received updates all the time. Great service!!!
