Availability, price, speed of dispatch

Brand new quality, cheaper than all other retailers unless you buy the item seocnd hand, which the stuff they sell isn't. Probably the best place to get your hands on a good quality bag for the best price

The sleeping bag itself is great and as described. Website/ordering was easy.

We used express delivery to receive it in time for a school residential and I am happy that it all worked great- the bag actually arrived a bit earlier than expected.

User friendly website, easy to search for the item I wanted. A good selection of items to choose from, all good brands and competitively priced. Very pleased with my sleeping bag which arrived promptly and when it was promised. Overall a positive experience. I would buy from here again.

The item arrived quickly and as described. I had to contact the company as I had a query on my order - customer service was exceptional in how they dealt with my query. Highly recommend it and I will be ordering from them again in the future.

A good price and very speedy delivery. It all got better after I found a slight manufacturing fault with the bag I bought - it was losing a bit of down after a couple of nights use.

I emailed them just for their thoughts and the response was outstanding. I got an actual phone call the next day from a lovely (and witty) chap and a new bag and returns label were basically on their way. Exceptional response and customer service. Hats off

Unbelievable customer service.
I had a problem with a sleeping mat leaking making it pretty useless. I knew I’d bought it a few years ago but wasn’t sure. Checked and I had bought it 1 year and 364 days before the problem. It had a 2 year warranty. Emailed the team.
Got a reply same day saying yes they could help. Sent me a pre paid postage. I sent the mat back. I then emailed to ask about progress as I had another camping trip due. They phoned me up and basically said although the product had gone to the manufacturer, they knew it was faulty. So they just sent me a brand new one. Arrived the next day.
This was an expensive sleeping mat.
They went really above and beyond. I can only completely recommend them. Brilliant brilliant customer service.

A great company with super helpful customer service. I wanted to have more details of an inflatable mattress and Stewart very kindly went to the stores to check and email the information. He could not be more helpful and to top it all, he despatched the goods immediately and they arrived the next day. Not a Bot in sight, just lovely, knowledgeable people.

The sleeping bad was faulty but the company rapidly apologized and returned my payment. I’m undecided what to doat the moment because the season is now come to the end.

No quibble replacement. After receiving an "empty bag" - with apologies from the royal mail. I contacted Stuart and within the space of 5 minutes he'd arranged for a replacement to be sent 24hour tracked. He kept apologising for the Royal Mail problem !!
