I loved that I could try all of the mattresses I saw online before purchasing one. Olivia was very knowledgeable, super-helpful and patient! She didn't rush me or try to pressure me into a decision. I told her what my needs were. I tried four different mattresses, and she gave me the time I needed to evaluate each one. It turned out the first one she showed me was the right one, but she let me figure that out for myself. I highly recommend this place!

The Sleep Loft was the best discovery I made during all my research for a new mattress...

At retail locations, buying furniture, appliances or other large purchases has often come with the stigma of a salesperson that is too anxious or annoying in "claiming the shopper" to get their commission. This is one reason the rise of online mattress purchases has probably happened. That, and the improved quality and delivery convenience of those mattresses.

However, when dealing with two people with slightly different sleeping preferences (and no budget for separate adjustable sides), it becomes a little more difficult to just read the myriad of reviews and ratings to come up with a proper selection to just blindly order online. Yes, there are long trial periods and warranties that come with many of the latest online "bed in a box” options, but that doesn’t always help with the initial hurdle of a decision.

Now, enter The Sleep Loft - At every point of contact with them, I had a great experience, starting with Customer Service. My conversation was one of the most pleasant and informative I’ve ever had with any Customer Service person.

Then came the showroom location - we went to Paramus. Bobby was totally chill and knowledgeable. He let us explore, guided us as needed. No pressure, no hovering. We had planned for another stop to try mattresses, but didn’t need it after this one.

And finally the delivery - communication in multiple forms, efficient in execution, respectful of our home.

For all these reasons, as well as match pricing to online discounts, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying a new mattress. As an online mattress showroom, The Sleep Loft serves up that missing element with online shopping - a chance for the extra test that comes with initial touch & feel.

I am literally writing this review following the delivery of our new mattress, so cannot comment yet if we made a good selection. However, should there be any reason NOT to love our purchase, requiring an exchange or return, I feel confident that The Sleep Loft will continue their exceptional customer service. Only time will tell on that. Meanwhile, I highly recommend them and hope that all the locations live up to what we experienced with the Paramus showroom.

Great experience at the showroom, very helpful staff and an easy process.

Unfortunately, they completely flubbed the delivery. After asking me to pick a day, they did not show up on that day, and seemed confused when I called. Had to reschedule for another half a week out. Really a shame as their service was otherwise good.

Very helpful -trying to make us happy with our purchase and get the most restful sleep possible. It’s hard to know when you try a mattress in the showroom.

Chauncey at the sleep loft was an amazing help. he really worked with me to find the exact fit for my body and my budget.

Valerio was fabulous! Extremely knowledgable, kind, and honest about what the different mattresses offer. He waas patient as I tried the beds multiple times. Nice that they offer shoe covers and pillow covers.

The salesperson (Jerome) was excellent. He seemed to know quite a bit about mattresss. And, was not pushy. WNot having gotten the mattress yet, we do not know how it feels, thus the 4 star rating. If we love it, he gets the 5 star.

Great service - Excellent Advice. My husband and I were helped by both Jerome and Josh over a 3-day period, and both were extremely helpful, not to mention patient. No hard sell. Just good information, regarding the two mattresses we were most interested in. A good experience all around!

Bob was fantastically knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy at all.

The selection was also very good and the price is better than I could have bought it for myself online.

The delivery was smooth and professional.

Bobby showed us the floor and helped with all of our questions. We laid on the mattresses for as long as we liked. Ordered the Helix Midnight Lux and delivery was extremely quick. The delivery crew also did an amazing job. Thank you guys.

I had a great experience with Sleep Loft! Josh was super helpful and patient in helping me pick out the right mattress and pillow. I was originally expecting my mattress and bed frame to be delivered separately, so I was pleasantly surprised when they both arrived together!

The delivery and assembly were really quick and smooth. The team had my bed set up in no time. Overall, I had a great experience from shopping in the store to delivery and setup. Highly recommend!

Holy is an excellent salesperson. She listens well to a customers needs concerns and respects a customer’s budget. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the products Sleep Loft stocks. In addition, she did not high pressure me to make a purchase. Those are the reasons I chose Sleep Loft.
