Welcoming brother, honestly a great overall service. My trainers came out mint as good as new especially after owning them for 4+ years. Pictures sent during the service always kept me informed. I would highly recommend sending your trainers to them as the quality of work is outstanding.

Found James on Instagram and saw he has a good following and done some work for some well known faces and checked his work and thought boy this docs good. Took in 2 pairs of 110s which to be honest looked like they should be on a plate with chips they were absolutely soaked through with ketchup all absorbed into the mesh and the suede of my greedy3s and mints it looked like coffin time, however the transformation actually made me a bit emotional when I received the pictures on what’s app which by the way is so recent and interactive , quick responses excellent customer service , I was overwhelmed with joy . A challenge I thought wasn’t possible was made possible still shocked now don’t know how you did it but a massive thankyou to you and Ryan from the bottom of my heart will sing sneakerdoc from the roof tops till the day I die simple as. Class acts lads one extremely happy customer will 1000% be back . FYI ketchup isn’t kept in the house any more but can’t give up Garlic mayo so hope you got the remedy

Great service and quick turn around despite a bank holiday right in the middle, all 3 pairs looking fresh

Took 2 pairs of Jordan 6's in to get tidy before looking to sell. They look brand new and made me fall in love with them again. Quick. Good price, for sure will be using in the near future.

Trainers have come back looking absolutely amazing. You'd think they were brand new! So pleased with them.

My Loake brogues are so comfortable that I pretty much wore them every day for everything - with jeans or with a suit! But after 2 years it looked like they were pretty much ready for the bin until I thought I’d give these guys a go!
Best decision ever - got my shoes back in a fantastic condition - not just resoled and reheeled but the tops just look like brand new!

Honestly, this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. I have two ‘new’ pairs of trainers.

I was a bit sceptical as I have never had my trainers cleaned by anybody else, and frankly I’m more likely to get rid of a pair of trainers before I explore the option of getting them professionally cleaned.

After sending in, I was just like “que sera” in my head, and 2 weeks later I got back off holiday with a plan to collect my trainers, and see the result. I was in awe, as my trainers were what I would consider a write off, a bit extreme i know. The freshly renovated trainers put a smile on my face that is still there today.

Thanks to The Sneaker Doc, I can now wear my trainers with pride again, and have more options for my feet. 😁

James, the founder, from practically the outset was rude & unprofessional. He was sarcastic, accusative & the more we communicated the more his manner became aggressive!
There was absolutely no transparency in the service he would be providing. Furthermore, he blamed me for miscommunications when clearly it was himself who miscommunicated information to me regarding the services that would be provided.
In addition to this poor customer service, I was informed the job would only take approximately 2-3 weeks. I messaged during week 3 for an update & received no response. I messaged again (by this time it had been 6 weeks & with no response). I eventually received a response after 7 weeks in which they informed me that the delay was because of new offices being built. This does not excuse them from not getting back in contact with me for 7 weeks! The work itself was average & certainly not worth the wait or money for the services provided!
I will not be using the companies service again due to this awful experience. If I could give no stars, I would have done so. I would 100% avoid!!

Sent in a pair of battered Triple White Yeezy 350s and my Waverunners. Both look absolutely brand new and the customer service James provides is second to none. Can’t recommend The Sneaker Doc enough!!
