Experienced, friendly, professional, we’re always willing to go the extra mile to bring our customers trainers back to life 😊⚡️ I started the brand out my mums kitchen in 2018 and have since worked with retailers such as Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Kick Game and Dior to provide aftercare and now have a flagship store in Birmingham and love working with our customers! ❤️

James is so polite, efficient and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing!
My trainers are looking fresh! They look brand new! Definitely worth the money. Thankyou so much!

Couldn’t recommend more!!

Cannot fault a thing from initial response to the moment the shoes were delivered back to me. Not only are they wizards and make your shoes look BRAND NEW - they’re also just really lovely people. Couldn’t recommend them more, really good value and great service. Thanks guys!

Outstanding service!

5* service from start to finish!! This is the 6th time I’ve used The Sneaker Doc & the trainers are immaculate each and every time!! Extremely friendly & communication is second to none.. highly recommended!

Saved again by The Sneaker Doc

Saved again by The Sneaker Doc! This time I Wrecked a pair of my Off White’s on a night out and heavily stained them with pink alcohol. The team managed to get them looking box fresh again within a few days! Communication was flawless throughout and the service was really friendly.

Service was class

Service was class, very friendly and good communication. The shoes were very clean even though I know myself was a very hard clean. Would 100% get them to clean my shoes again and will recommend to friends.

Best In The Game

Just had my 6th pair cleaned. Always impressed with the quality and service, once you have your 1st pair cleaned you’ll be tempted to keep coming back

My B22’s were returned to me looking box fresh. As always, customer service was flawless. Updates and communication were frequent for pick up/drop off. Only company I would use.
