The Social Proxy website and service don’t seem to work anymore, and there’s no response from the company. At this point it feels like a scam or a business that has gone out of operation.

Customer service is non existent takes hours to reply. I have a mobile proxy I bought from them, which was broken. It automatically rotates non stop even though I set it to manually rotate. Then customer support made it fixed (so IP does not rotate) but this stops me from manually roating it.

Been waiting for customer support to fix this for 2 days. This product was advertised to allow both fixed IP/manual rotation or interval rotation. So far I'm not getting what I bought.

SCAM ALERT – Avoid TheSocialProxy

I’m writing this review after months of frustration dealing with this company.

- They refuse to pay affiliates.
I personally referred 71 new clients and earned more than €9,000 in affiliate commissions. After 100+ days, they still haven’t paid a cent. They read my messages and completely ignore them.

- Their proxies are nothing like advertised.
They claim “400 Mbps” speeds, but in reality you get low-quality proxies that barely reach 5–12 Mbps, often not working at all. When you reach out to support, they copy-paste the same useless reply over and over — I’ve been fed the same excuse for months. Their customer support is nice but worthless. They just give you 100 "we are sorry" "we do our best" it;s not in our control" - nonsense words that are not helping you in any way.

- Even their own team isn’t paid.
The representative I was in contact with (Joni) told me he quit because the company hadn’t paid his salary for months. That says it all.

If you value your money, time, or reputation — stay away from TheSocialProxy. They don’t pay affiliates, they don’t pay employees, and they lie about the quality and speed of their service.

This has got to be one of the most misleading, overhyped, and frustrating services I’ve ever had the misfortune of paying for.

They claim “400Mbps” speeds and “50x faster” performance — what you actually get is 0.2 to 1 Mbps on a good day. That’s not just false advertising — it’s borderline fraud. I'm running a serious business and need at least 10Mbps, but instead I'm getting speeds that wouldn’t even load a webpage properly in 2004. Their so-called "5G Mobile Proxies" feel more like a congested dial-up line from the stone age.

Customer support? Forget it. They just send you templated responses about "peak hours" — but apparently, peak hours last 24/7 because I never saw the proxy go over 1 Mbps. Not once.

If you're thinking about signing up, ask yourself: Do I want to pay $100/month for a 1Mbps proxy? Because that's what you’re really getting. The site is slow, the service is slower, and their promises are empty.

This whole thing feels like a cash grab built on buzzwords and fake speed claims. They say "dedicated," but it's clearly shared. They say "5G," but it performs worse than 3G. It’s a joke — and not a funny one.

Avoid this mess. I’m taking my loss as a lesson and moving on. Don’t make the same mistake

on the website they say their proxies speed is 400Mbs, also using words like: 50x faster

In reality you get proxies that give you 0.2-1 Mbs

So you pay 100$ / mo for a 1Mbs proxy

That is the worse investment.
Their support give you a templated explanation: there are some peak hours when the line is overused.... but these peak hours are 24/7

It's not a trustworthy company. Empty promised

Bought 2 day of mobile proxies to test, the agent promised he will reply to me regarding ip authentication (I explained that I cannot use the proxy with u:p configuration. He never replied, I waited patiently for 5 days. Today asked about it, they say: "We cannot provide ip authentication", I say ok, then provide a refund, since I cannot use u:p proxy as stated on day 0, they refuse it due to 3 day policy of refunds, even tho the 3 days passed because they led me to believe if i did wait, they would authenticate my proxies via ip.

TOTAL SCAM. BEWARE.
