The Solar Electrician レビュー

Professional, fast and reliable service.

Great job from start to finish, very professional company

Evan explained everything I had questions about. Organised the whole process.
Now I'm on solar energy!!!

We are very happy with the service we got and the standard of work. Very satisfied.

Installation team arrived at time stated
All members were friendly and courteous
Work was done quickly and efficiently and within stated time
Site was left tidy with all rubbish and equipment removed
On official inspection, I was informed that the installation team had done an excellent job
Now I look forward to enjoying savings through my new solar system

I requested information on available systems, expected output plus pricing. The information supplied was comprehensive and relevant to my situation. No hard sell or pressure, just questions answered in a prompt and user friendly manner. Highly recommended.

The communication and prompt service was fantastic. At every stage they kept in contact with me and guided me through the process

The whole experience was a breeze with these guys from beginning to end! They took care of everything and were very professional. I already gave the installers a 5 star review, very impressed. So fast and clean, very high standard of work. I will recommend this team to everyone! Thank you we love having a battery ready solar system!

The most misleading disrespectful person by the name of Evan. He gives false information to sign you up and then speaks to you like dirt to the point of swearing at me when I made a complaint about feed in expectations. Steer clear of this company.

Alan’s communication was exceptional throughout the whole process. The installation was smooth and was done much sooner than I had anticipated. Any questions I had were answered quickly and overall the process was top class from start to finish!

I am very happy with the service I received from the Solar Electrician. From the first phone call to installation of my solar panels I received all the assistance I needed to apply for the government rebate and set up an interest free loan. Highly recommend this company.

Evan came out and explained everything, the process, the price, how long it would take. When the panels were installed, the 2 guys who came out explained the installation process and when they left you wouldn’t know they had been, no rubbish and everything they moved placed back where they belonged.

Well !! What can we say ! From the moment we saw Alan we liked him , he was honest and throughly updated in his information about the solar panels, he guided us through the process seamlessly. And when installers came , they too were very obliging and neat with their work . They had a long day but Jordan and his crew were just as fresh in evening as when they arrived in the morning. Jordan explained everything patiently and precisely and we took notes . We were assured that they would be on call should any problems arise , and that gave us peace of mind .
Well done gang !! So stress free dealing with you all , from the office staff to Alan to installers to follow up …all good!

I was very happy with service and support, especially with the office staff helping me work out the labrynth of instructions of what documents that Solar Victoria required from me for the rebates. She was very helpful.
All up a good experience.

The sales rep gave me so much information, answered any questions without hesitation. I felt I was well informed and comfortable in making my decision to go ahead with Solar. Everything went very smooth with the installation. The guys that installed my panels were so accommodating and pleasant. I would highly recommend HP services to anyone in my family or my friends. I am reaping the rewards already. I love it when my Powerpal shows that I am not using any of the Electricity company’s power. 10/10

Efficient, tidy, on time

Great experience from the start to the finish, friendly polite tradesmen , they noticed a couple of broken tiles on the roof and even replaced them for me while they where putting the panels on , from the time we gave Evan the go ahead it took 2 weeks to be up and running on solar, Would not hesitate to recommend or use these guys , fantastic, Macca and Andy

Arne was a very learned salesman he knew his job was professional and respectful.
