High quality company.

Great aftersales support — thank you!

Great communication, fast delivery, excellent miner, superb quality and easy to set up. Will be back for more! Highly recommended.

Fast delivery and good price for the heat sink, which is obviously not available here in the EU. Highly recommended dealer!

I would gladly buy more from you, if only it weren't for the import fees... :'-(

I ordered a node and Bitaxe Halo to Sweden, delivery was fast and smooth. Their support was super responsive during the device setup, and the hardware itself looks absolutely gorgeous.

Really dope miners and accessories, i ordered the Bitaxe Gamma with the Bithalo lightning and it's amazing!
And customer service is great, Duncan is responding really quick on the website's chat if you have any questions.
I totally recommend

When things go wrong, as they sometimes do, the entire experience can be rescued with good customer service.

In this case, I'm happy to report that when I had a problem with the very first item I ordered from The Solo Mining Co, it was a refreshingly pain-free experience to have it resolved. I contacted the company and was asked me to try a couple of things - I did so but, unfortunately, it didn't help. No further questions asked, the faulty item was returned and a new one dispatched promptly. The new item was fine, and I've since ordered a few more items comfortable in the knowledge that this is a rare breed of company that seems to actually value customer service. No hesitation in recommending or buying from them again.

Lovely person to chat to and even resolved an issue 4 months after purchase. Lovely guy.

I had such a pleasant experience purchasing from The Solo Mining Co. Their products are top-notch and customer service was amazing. I had an issue with setting up my Bitaxe and they were quick to walk me through the minor issue I was having. If you’re interested in Bitaxe or any other at home miner look no further. The Solo Mining Co is the right place to spend your money in my opinion and you’re in good hands!
