Did not take payment or provide any update
I ordered a calendar which needed to be shipped to the UK before Christmas. The order status was 'awaiting payment' and my bank said the web site had not taken payment, only pre-authorization. I used the on-site messaging but received no reply. I send an email and it bounced. Eventually, the bank's pre-authorization timed-out. I have to order from elsewhere. Their calendars are not even as good as NSF's.
