Great to deal with and accommodating to people during the covid crisis, would recommend

Top class customer service. From the get go Peter was on hand for any questions I had including tips on making the Stag even better. We had to postpone the Stag due to COVID-19 and he had no hesitation refunding all money paid to date. I will definitely be in contact with him again when we are reorganising the stag.

The stag balls were brilliant in helping me organise my friends stag. I was dealing with Peter and he was brilliant right from the get go and made the whole process so easy for me. Unfortunately due to covid19 the stag has had to be cancelled, however, I will definitely be reaching out to Peter and his team again when we are rescheduling it early next year. They even fully refunded us all the money that had been paid without hesitation. Can't praise them enough.

Peter and his team where absolutely incredible during the process of organizing our stag. Unfortunately we had to postpone due to covid but I will be under no hesitation to re use for the next event. Everything goes smooth and he is constantly in contact making the organizing very easy.

The organiser of our stag party (Peter) was great help throughout during the difficult time. They have refunded us all our money which is very difficult for them to do. Will defo be using them next year for the reschedule date. Would highly recommend people use this organisation for their own stag/work parties.

This is an excellent company to deal with for your stag party. Have used them twice now unfortunately the second time we have had to cancel due to the covid19. Emailed Peter in ref to having to cancel our date was very helpful in trying to move things for me but the groom wasnt sure on the dates. With telling Peter this he was more than helpful in refunding the gang in full. Definitely dont bypass The Stag's Balls if your planning your stag. Top class service

Fantastic company to deal with.
We didn't travel unfortunately due to the lockdown but Peter kept us informed on a regular basis of any updates.
Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to book and I for sure will definitely be booking in the near future.

Person who was our agent, Peter, was so helpful. Always got back to us straight away and answered all questions. He was also very accommodating with the current situation. Will 100% use this site again when wedding is rescheduled.

Excellent customer service.
A large group of us had a stag booked with The Stags Balls in May. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have now had to cancel. Peter kept us informed throughout, giving us various options across a variety of scenarios, and when it became apparent that it had to be cancelled, he refunded everyone's fee. When it comes to re-booking, we will definitely use this company.

Peter has been great to deal with and under very difficult circumstances, cancelling the stag during covid, he really did absolutely everything possible to help us out. He has always been quick with responses to any questions and very open to whatever we wanted to squeeze into the stag, even with our big numbers and mixed age profile. we'll definitely rebook when things go back to normal and would highly recommend.

Site is very easy to navigate and allows stag member to pay & chose what parts they can attend. Customer service is very good as even during this pandemic they are going over the top

Peter from The Stag's Balls has been absolutely exceptional to deal with. He has been fast, friendly, informative, and supportive.

I also really appreciate that communications and arrangements can be made/adjusted through email and calls aren't needed.

The website is really easy to use and the options are quick and easy to add or remove from the trip.

Will be using this service again as soon as possible.

I just wanted to thank peter in The Stags Balls for the fantastic service hes provided throughout my time dealing with him and his company. unfortunately we had no option but to cancel our stag due to the corona virus and amazingly they were so supportive and offered to refund our money including the deposit.
They have been a pleasure to deal with from the very first enquiry and the lads in my party are more than impressed with their dedication and professionalism.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Stags Balls and will hopefully be back to reorganize our stag as soon as this emergency is over.

We had a stag booked with The Stags Balls for a few weeks time and we were very much looking forward to it, Unfortunately due to the current Covid-19 pandemic the stag has obviously been cancelled.
The guys contacted us immediately to inform us that a 100% refund of our money had been processed. Excellent service and I look forward to going on a stag in the future organised by these guys.

Had a stag booked in Berlin for Easter weekend. Cancelled because of this corona Pandemic. We were all worried about losing our money. But Peter emailed us all to put our minds at rest that we wil be getting a full deposit. I was the organiser of the stag and found the process easy to use from the start and Peter was very helpful. Myself and all the lads plan on organising a lads holiday when all this is over and we are definitely going to use this site/company. As we know this is going to be tough times for everyone but also to show our appreciation for the professionalism they have shown towards us there customers.

Had a stag do booked in March, but due to the latest world wide issues with the virus, we had to cancel, the stag company have been extremely helpful with sorting out the relevant refunds to me and the rest of the group. Numerous emails sent from peter who was In charge with my booking keeping me updated daily with what’s going on. Great experience using The Stag's Balls! Booking a stag was super simple and the lads paying for themselves took a lot of the stress out. They had the activities we wanted for a good price. Couldn't recommend them enough!
