Very fast turnaround. Only issue was when I went back to edit the quote I’d provided, I forgot to uncheck the Time, which had defaulted back to “Yes”. I preferred it without, but that was my error. It... もっと見る

Thank you so much for your lovely review! 😊 We’re delighted that you’re happy with the quality and fast delivery, especially for such a special 40th anniversary. We hope your husband loves it! 💛
The product arrived safely
The product arrived safely, on time, and as expected. However, the packaging was inadequate: the framed poster was packed in a fairly sturdy box, but had only a bundle of crumpled brown paper to protect it inside. Please wrap the frame in bubble-wrap, to protect the frame from damage during postage. Thanks!

Father’s Day gift
This was a gift for my significant other for Father’s Day. He absolutely loved it! I would’ve loved to been able to purchase the frame but it was just too expensive. Other than that, the quality is perfect and is exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Star poster arrived in perfect condition and on time.
Star poster arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately I had to settle for a white frame as the company was unable to get the black one I ordered. The company was quick to contact me and give me other options to choose, so excellent customer service.

It was larger than expected and creased, not very thick , not by as good as they look on the website.
It was larger than expected, had some creases so not happy about that. Thought it would be laminated or thicker paper at least. Not as good as the photos.

Thank you for sharing this — we're really sorry to hear your piece arrived creased and didn't feel as premium as you expected. That's not the experience we want anyone to have with something made to be a special keepsake. Please reach out to us at hello@momenterie.com with a photo, and we'll make it right.
