Ashley and her colleague have been so helpful. They check on me. Make sure all is going well. They have helped me get storage in the middle of a move. They are polite and courteous!!!!!

I done everything online and didn't even have to speak to anyone, so that was the best part, but I still have not been told how to access my unit at the Storage Center and I really need to see my unit and what Iam paying for.
