This is for the location on 32nd Street. Excellent Customer Service, very helpful and friendly service with smile.

Agent was super helpful

Managers here are good people. They are friendly and professional, even when this customer is a bit upset. Plenty of parking, plenty of carts, and units are clean. Prices are reasonable for the amount of space you are getting. I'm a multi unit customer and see no reason to move out.

The staff there are very helpful. They keep the facility clean. David the manager was very helpful with my transition from one unit to another. I highly recommend The Storage Center.

The manager, David, was very helpful to me in securing, showing and advising me through the process.

The store manager, David, was extremely helpful and friendly. When I signed up, he explained everything clearly, and he was very courteous when he came out on a Sunday to assist me with a customer service call (which turned out to be my own user error as I had been using the wrong keypad to enter my security code). The location is very convenient, which is a big plus. The only suggestion I would make is to label the keypads more clearly to avoid confusion.

David has helped me throughout the process of downsizing my storage needs. He's been very kind and professional throughout the process. I had to empty an elderly gentleman's small house about 3 years ago and needed a larger unit. I was slowly (live an hour away) able to sift through the contents, David helped me manage the transfer from one unit to a smaller one as needed throughout this tedious task. Thank you, David. Couldn't have done it without you. God bless.
