David was awesome
The store manager, David, was extremely helpful and friendly. When I signed up, he explained everything clearly, and he was very courteous when he came out on a Sunday to assist me with a customer service call (which turned out to be my own user error as I had been using the wrong keypad to enter my security code). The location is very convenient, which is a big plus. The only suggestion I would make is to label the keypads more clearly to avoid confusion.

Outstanding Assistance from David, the Manager!
David has helped me throughout the process of downsizing my storage needs. He's been very kind and professional throughout the process. I had to empty an elderly gentleman's small house about 3 years ago and needed a larger unit. I was slowly (live an hour away) able to sift through the contents, David helped me manage the transfer from one unit to a smaller one as needed throughout this tedious task. Thank you, David. Couldn't have done it without you. God bless.

The building and units are very clean…
The building and units are very clean and well kept. Friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Top notch security, with cameras and lights throughout the building along with access codes to enter.
