Wasn’t told that they were closed on Wednesdays and I came from Hammond loaded with containers. I wasn’t told to could do paperwork on line either. Problem resolved and now have container.
Attentive staff, patient with all questions and concerns regarding choosing size, location etc. Sure wish the lights in the units were functional- been in these units about a year.
Querria was a pleasure to work with. Answered all the questions I had, explained all things I was not sure of. She has a great personality and made me feel so welcomed to the facility.

Helpful employees & safe location
Employees were very helpful. The facilities are nice, well-lit, and safe, which is a big plus for me. It is easy to get in contact with the staff, and the hours are great. All in all, a great facility.
