Terri was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. The facility was clean and easy to get in and out.

I would only recommend The storage center to my worst enemy. Within the first few months of me renting the price increased by almost $40. They make you purchase insurance yet is basically a scam. My property was damaged inside a secure unit. I filed a claim like they told me and it’s been months since I submitted everything. Over a month since I heard anything. Everyday I put in a request for someone to call me and have yet to receive a call. Today i received a email because my payment is late. You would think since it was so easy for them to attach a late fee and email me they could return a call. 0/10 don’t recommend

It’s very accessible and immaculate. The manager is super and most of all I feel like my things would be safe. The price is affordable and Person can continue to thrive with other life needs.

Very disappointed in the service that I received at Storage Center located at 445 Jefferson Hwy.
I would give a zero, it I could.
I went in and rented a storage unit on June 9, 2025. I paid for this unit. The manager showed me the unit and gave me the access code. I was very pleased with the unit & the location.
I went on Saturday, June 14 to start moving items into my storage unit and noticed that there was a lock on the unit that I was shown. I went to the office and the manger of that location was not there. There was a manager from another location & she couldn’t figure out what happened or how someone else had moved into my unit when I had the access code thst allowed me in. Upon further research, the person who is in the unit that I rented, came in after me on June 13 and rented the same unit? How was this mistake made & the same unit was rented twice. I was and still am VERY upset b/c I came there expecting to move into the unit that I was shown & paid for. I asked if they could move the other people who came after me & I was told that they couldn’t do that. The location of the unit that I rented was perfect considering my husband is handicapped. I don’t think that it’s fair that I paid for a unit on June 6 and someone came in after me on June 13 and rented the same unit. I now have a unit that is very difficult considering the items that we are storing. There were several open units that would have been better that were open, but the manager that day couldn’t find them on the computer.
There was nothing done to try and fix this mistake. I think that this is very bad customer service.

Terry was phenomenal. She is an absolute angel. She answered all of my questions and is a genuinely amazing person. I will be recommending this company to everyone in the New Orleans area.

The staff is really helpful, and the security of the place impressed me a lot. I haven’t storage my stuff yet, but all looks pretty good so far.
