The front office team was great with showing us a unit and explaining everything! We were shown our unit, the paperwork was easy. We were pleased.

I rented a unit from your facility at 800 Wellington Hills Rd last Wednesday March 5th. When I was shown the unit there was visible signs that standing water had been inside the building regularly, we looked at two additional units n the same row and they had the same problem. We went back to the office, Lisa found a unit that was the same size that was open in a different bank of units. We looked at it and it was fine. I put my lock on the unit.
We went back to the office to make the necessary changes in the paper work. Lisa then proceeded to point out on the lease that the unit stated it was more expensive because it was closer to the gate but they were honoring the original price. I let her know I was not interested in paying more than the first unit. She said I didn't need to worry about a thing, the monthly rental would be the same first three months $75 and then $150 a month after that. I paid the full amount due on Wednesday, the payment has been processed on my credit card. I moved a trailer full of my belongings into the storage unit Wednesday evening.
Today I was sent an email late notice saying I owed $140. I called Lisa, she remembered me and assured me this wasn't going to be a problem. I explained that I had just finished loading my pick up to bring another load over. I said if there is a problem with the agreed upon price then I don't want to move more of my stuff in. She told me there wouldn't be any problem, the guy she needed to get the rental agreement fixed had been out sick.
I drove to the rental property just now 6:20 3/10/25, no one was in the office. I opened the gate and went to my unit E34 to find another red lock had been put on my unit, I had not way to unload my truck or access my property inside the building.
Please contact me right away with a reasonable explanation of what exactly is going on and how you plan to compensate me for my time this afternoon.

They were the fairest priced in town, and the people were very friendly.

The lady who helped me over the phone was very pleasant.

This facility is very clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The manager, Lisa, is friendly and very helpful!
