Getting any notification from the IRS that you are not compliant and they have seized the money in your bank account is terrifying! TDG was able to work with the IRS to return the money within 24 hours and helped me get compliant.

Made a very bad decision going to a lady to do my brothers taxes. They did fraud stole his social and sold it to several people in other states where they were using and working with his social. They messed it all up when they did his taxes he ended up owing 28,000 to the IRS. Thanks to the Tax Defense Group Matt and Dahlia was on top of things making sure we received and replied to the emails. Made sure we provided all the information that was needed. My brother only ended up paying 100.00 which was such a relief and took a load off our back . Very recommendable if you are in debt with the IRS, Thank you Tax Defense Group

I never write reviews. I am for this company though! I was looking for a company to handle my tax debt. It was extensive in amount and years to be examined. I narrowed down my search to five companies. One of them was Tax Defense Group. After calling I found one it that it was a family run business and I spoke with Matt. I do believe he said his uncle started this business. I immediately could tell that Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was a little hesitant to choose any company as i didn't want to get ripped off. There are so many companies offering tax resolution.
I began to gravitate to choosing Tax Defense group and Matt offered me something that would require some trust on my part. He said if you give us $500 dollars to start the investigation process, we will refund you no questions asked if you decide to not go with us. I had to trust him as this was not in writing . I’m not easily fooled. My gut was telling me that it’s all ok so I went with his offer. No sooner than I paid him $500 my father called me and said his neighbor had a son who does tax resolution and he is a tax lawyer and that he would pay all my expenses to get this resolved. Of course I had to take that deal. I didn’t want to string Matt along so I immediately called him. He had already started the process and as promised and wanted to send me his full tax evaluation before we parted ways. I didn’t mention a thing about the $500. I waited for him to complete the evaluation and a couple weeks later he sent it to me. I spoke with him about whet he found and it was in line with what my father’s friend’s lawyer had told me. I told him thank you and again didn’t mention the $500. A day or two later I woke up to a deposit that was made in my bank account for $500.

Now even though I didn’t use tax defense group I can tell you this. They did exactly what they promised to do and quite frankly, I’m certain some companies would have not cared and keep my money. Furthermore, Matt was very empathetic and personable with me. I could tell he was raised by people who care about him and like to treat people in business and otherwise with respect.

I will be needing tax help in the future and I will be calling this office again! Thanks everyone!

I think my case was the longest one that the tax defense group ever had but it was so worth it because in the end we got the result I wanted , which freed me from a huge tax debt from when I was getting divorced (in 2012!!) the amount owed is now ZERO!!! I can’t speak highly enough of Dalila and everyone else I spoke to or worked on my case. Highly recommended and I am so grateful to them!!! A++++

I appreciated the work done. It was a very stressful experience that was made less so with the company’s help.
The company was able to get a resolution to my situation with a significantly reduced payback. I was supported throughout the experience with the company through their knowledgeable and patient people.

I was in need of some help with my taxes this year. After meeting with Matt one afternoon he quickly got me set up and answered all my questions. It felt as if I’ve know him for years. Next day I receive an email from Marta. Who then helped me with the rest of the filing process. Because of them everything went very smooth and easy, No stress or hassle. 10/10 would recommend.
