Exceeded my expectations

Exceeded my expectations and came away from the course with a great portfolio of tools to use at work. Met a great group of people and it was such a supportive environment. The mediators were highly experienced and knowledgeable and I don't see how anything could have been better.

Excellent training - will recommend

The training was quite intense but the trainer put us all at ease and there were laughters around the room.

Good use of examples and encouraged to speak and discuss more.

Great support from the trainer, the TCM group as well.

I was subscribed to a mailing list


I was subscribed to a mailing list without my consent, their unsubscribe/update your email preference links give a 404 error, as such I emailed them in May to be removed and referenced ICO guidance that 'You must not send marketing emails or texts to individuals without specific consent.', but am still getting numerous emails from them

Highly recommend the workplace mediation course!

I really enjoyed my workplace mediation course with the TCM Group. I spent one week in London to attend the course in person and this was followed by a thorough assessment portfolio to complete. I loved learning from the facilitators and the other participants on the course, and I truly believe that all the things we learned on the course are life skills that can be used by everyone in any conflict situation!

Great training and delivery of exciting


Great training and delivery of exciting content around the resolution framework and mediation. Despite the complexity and pace of delivery, I felt empowered to explore areas of most interest and use to me. Good follow up support and refresher training on offer too

Virtual guidance along with face to face training.
It was great to have situational based scenarios to review and someone to ask questions that may not have been covered otherwise. Face to face are always preferred.
