After a half-dozen start-ups, the product starts throwing errors when attempting to load games. Cannot find any effective fixes online.

Buggy functioning even before this. Wildly delayed delivery. Find a different product and save yourself the headache.

Everything arrived as ordered and in a timely manner. The only problem was waiting for it to arrive and the impatience that comes with the wait. 😉

Service is horrible.
They deliver it weeks later then promised and delivery instructions are not something they don’t complete but they offer.
Console doesn’t save data
And I don’t even want to waste more time trying something that can’t even save my progress.

Regret spending my money on this.

With my babysitting job the tekko one helps out so much if I need the kid(s) in one room or to quiet down while also building up their interest in older and newer games they haven't played before.

Followed up to make sure i didn't forget anything

I haven't actually received the Tekko One I ordered yet (I've been regretting not paying for the quicker shipping because I'm too excited to wait for it lol), but the actual order process was very nice. Very soon after placing the order, someone handling my order personally tested me to make sure the address was correct, since they weren't sure if I forgot an apartment number. That alone showed more dedication than even remotely necessary, as any other company would simply ship it to the address given and wipe their hands of it.

Well to be honest, I haven’t gotten mine yet. It was supposed to come today but judging by the tracker, it probably won’t. But I heard good reviews about it and you guys have great advertisement in YouTube. Wish you could be consistent about your email and the website update.

This is so cool that I'm able to relive my childhood all in one with a retro feel. Delivery took a little bit and the screen protector that came with it slid right off after application, but other than that it was worth every penny for me. Even had to buy a second one for my eighteen year old son because he loved it so much. Highly recommend!

So far the package isn't here but I can't wait to start playing the games I did as a kid

What did it for me was the email I received after I made the purchase clarifying a few things. When I responded with further questions the responses came back quickly which made me feel comfortable with the purchase I made.

The ordering experience was very good, it was a bit difficult to find the device I was looking for specifically (all website was for the tekko one, needed the stick this time, but thinking about the one in the near future), but once there in the shop the experience was smooth and nice, tracking was received yesterday (within a week) and can't wait to receive it to start playing.

Some confusion about pricing, but overall a great experience.

The product ordered has been working as it intended but it claimed 40K games, when it shows only 20K games. Shipping took longer than expected.

I love this game. It takes me back to when I was a child. The ordering process was quick and easy. I got updates of when they shipped and when to expect delivery. I would definitely recommend this game.

As soon as I placed my order someone immediately reached out to me and confirmed. Gave me all the information and a list of any available extras if needed. And I later had a question, the response was almost immediate. And me as a customer find that awesome that the take the time to reach out and ask about their products and answer any questions. I haven't received my order yet, but I am looking forward to it!

I used to play these games with my father, i am not that techy so i had thought that they were gone, finding a company that still keeps those memories alive, that still captures that warm feeling, thank you

This company is doing super well off of the fact that it still holds love and devotion to retro games. Nothing screams dedication like playing your favorite past games in this era !
Customer service is 1 of 1 ,you dont have to wait days or send an email cause they text you back immediately to address any concerns or issues, that to me and plenty others is key to running a smooth business. And warranty for the tekko 1 is way better than the actual nintendo Gameboy itself with no games installed . Need i say more?
