Easy and seamless experience. The wristbands are top notch! Really glad I got this as my standard Garmin one was starting to fall apart. The magnetic lock is quite enjoyable and doubles as a fidget.

Outstanding customer service. I ordered a strap for my Garmin which came quickly but unfortunately had the wrong size spring bar on one side. Jake sorted the problem with a replacement immediately and was extremely helpful. The replacement strap fits, is a quality item and looks great. Will 100% be ordering from TTC again!!

I ordered a watch band for my Garmin from TimeClub and unfortunately there was an issue with the band that caused it to pop off my wrist at certain angles during workouts. Once I explained the situation to TimeClub, they were extremely helpful and gave me a full refund. They explained that this was unique to them and a rare case for their products. And even though the product I ordered had an issue, I'm grateful for their excellent customer service and would definitely consider ordering from them again based on my experience.

I had an initial web chat with the company owner who recommended some straps for me and once I had chosen gave me the exact size and type I needed for my garmin watch. The quality service didn't stop there as I was also given a discount on my order at checkout. Would buy again and also recommend to family and friends

The Time Club and Jake have been absolutely amazing. I ordered a strap at a good competitive price but sadly it got lost in the Royal Mail somewhere. Jake gave me a personal call to explain the situation and that he would send another out straight away via a different courier. I've since ordered another strap and honestly cannot fault the customer service from The Time Club. Superb.

Quick service, great watch strap. I was dubious that the magnetic strap would hold, but it's rock steady, even mountain biking.

I had bought a Garmin strap from another company and it just didn’t fit properly so thought I would try the time club. Ordered and received an amazing quality strap but like an idiot I ordered the wrong one, a quick email to them and within an hour Jake had responded and offered a wealth of advice, after agreeing the correct strap Jake assured me that he would get it in the post, sure enough the following day I received the package and it was a great fit and superb quality! I can’t recommend them enough.

Had 3 watch straps now from Jake the colour,fit and design was spot on can't thank him enough. Will deffo order again.
