I’m sad that I can’t leave a minus review . The customer service from this company is diabolical. I’ve emailed several times and left messages on social media and direct messages and no one has come back to me . This company is 100% a scam , I’m just waiting the 14 days to involve my bank to resolve the issue and try and get my money back **DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY **

Beware of this company they come accross as a sustainable company with anxiety relief products for pets , they approach you with discounts to buy, delivery takes weeks despite website saying a few days. The exact goods are also available on sites like Shein for 1/4 of the price and the goods arrive in the same packaging.
If you use the discount code you cannot get a refund and the toys fall apart after a few days. Customer service is poor takes days for a reply - and that’s only if you contact them via social media as no one responds to the emails.
