Amazing company
Amazing company, love the products that I ordered and even getter customer service. I was phoned to ensure that they could deliver to me as my house number for some reason didn’t go over to them after filling out form and they contacted me to ensure that I would receive my order

Don't order if you need to go to work
Still not got them as you need to be in to accept delivery and I can't collect them due to the depot being 15 miles away ... Probably wouldn't have ordered If i'd known as am at work during the day and most delivery companies leave in a safe place or with neighbour

A great experience

Customer service with a personal touch
I was impressed by the personal touches. I placed a small, first order with the company. One item proved unavailable...and I received a call to that effect and the chance to order an alternative, rather than just receiving a part order. The items arrived on the specified day, all well wrapped and with a personal note. In an era of anonymous organisations where customer service often means a chat box - Kim and her team stand out.
