Started the L3 AET course with them after my employer paid for the course. Assessment submitted, no response. Not responding to emails. Website says they are now closed down?
No way of contacting them for a refund.

No one is picking up phone and i paid them on 2nd September and still no response from them. Tried calling them but no response. Not sure if they are legit.

I have so far completed 6 courses with The Training Initiative and I've been really pleased with all the input and resources. The practical session I attended was equally great and Laura is brilliant.

I have completed many courses with the training initiative now, the courses are very informative, easy to understand and have a great review. The staff/customer service respond quickly and are easy to talk to.

from a basic enquiry online I received a very helpful and supportive phone call from a member of staff who were very supportive and understanding of my requirements. furthermore after the phone call I then received confirmation of the questions I had asked in an email with the answers are requested. looking forward to doing further courses

The course and its training material were brilliant

I have done a lot of comunication courses over the years for education, health and social care and industry through and for work.
This is the only course i have come accross that assists neurotypical people to understand nurodiverse people, especily level 1 autism ( asperger syndrome as was among others ) and those who identify as female either biologicaly or other gendered.
The course is extreamly well thought through, delivered at prosessing speed and explains mental health and neurodiversity to include cognative diversity and meantal health differances in combination in an easy to understand and put into practice fasion a complex but very much needed and nessesary subject matter.
The best part was explaining different neurotypes comunication differences and interactions.
This has very wide aplication in all sectors of industry, education and healthcare perticulaly forensic and inpaitent wards for CAHMS, older adult inpaitent, dementia care, assesment units,domicilery care, residential and other home care provision, special schools, alternative provision, health and justice, main stream, private and especialy for every manager who has neurodiverse staff from the point recruitment and interveiw to acceptance letter, through occupational health and crucialy induction at both corperate and local induction level.
This is also a must for anyone training staff or looking into setting up training for staff working alongside level 1 autism.
The customer service is friendly, very helpfull, prompt and cannot do enough to help all those who seek their assistance.
The only improvment that can be made is the requirment to get 100% on the quizes befor moving on to the next section. The questions are not randomised or shuffled in the answers so it is easy to memorise the paturns for the answers.

This course is outstanding in its feild, much needed, highly recomended and greatly valued.
From a band 3 health care assistant in the NHS who is also a EYFS SEND TA level 3. Who has worked accross most settings in these sectors and also in industrieal settings.

My experience this training is great because it's easy to access. It's simple to understand and at any time you need help, it's fast to get it.

Excellent First Aid Training

Not only was the content of the course invaluable, but the Trainer delivered it in a way which was engaging and enjoyable.

Attended a great training session with Laura Hateley on the topic of Neurodiveristy at work. Laura really understand the topic and the session was in-depth and relevant. I would fully attend another session with Laura and with this company. There were times to get involved with the topic which I enjoyed to.

Well tailored and informative training when participation was guaranteed for everyone.

Very engaging and great visual/practical training. The informative and clear content has raised my knowledge and confidence in Emergency First Aid.

Warm and personable trainer. Great teaching style, detailed, lots of information but at a good pace. Mix of talk, questions and practical. Felt like a safe space to ask, make mistakes and question things. Enjoyed the day very much, have leant a lot and have the confidence to take it further.

The course was very well organised, the trainer was enthusiastic and engaging, he provided feedback for individuals and ensured all candidates understood what was required to achieve the qualification. Excellent communication at all times and the facilities were of a high standard
