I love it here! Its a full on 50min workout! The variety of classes are great. You are always in for a challenging workout which are for anybodys fitness level. 💪

Amazing place to train. Encouragement and clear instructions given. Easy to book process.

This gym is just…! Community spirit, support & the passion in the trainers is next to none. Would 1000% recommend to anyone! Whether you’re a new starter or a pro, there is a class for everyone.

An amazing set up! So different to any other class structures I’ve been to before. Spotless facility with all the best equipment! Finally the instructors are incredible; friendly, experienced and super inclusive!!

I’ve attended several group sessions now and can honestly say, they’re the best training sessions I’ve ever attended. The trainers are so knowledgable. I’ve been encouraged to push myself whilst feeling safe and supported in a clean, well equipped environment. Seeing your efforts and the calories you’re burning on the screens is an added motivational bonus!

The classes cater for all abilities and everyone is made to feel so welcome. The buzz you get during and after is unmatched. If you’re thinking about trying it out, go for it!

Fantastic varied classes that push you to work hard. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The class sizes are perfect so the instructors can ensure your form is correct.

Teresa and Ben are professional, motivational, friendly and supportive with all of the classes. The uniit has been fitted out with great equipment, clean and modern. Very well thought out and has good parking.
I love all the different, well structured classes and the team that go are great to work out with too.
Brilliant gym!

A great set up at the Unit with fantastic staff. Its always such a warm welcome. I'm in to my second week of classes and it's already a home from home. A great mix of strength and cardio. There is nothing negative I can say about this place.

I started going with my wife as I needed to do something about the way I was looking. I was sceptical at first as I am not a gym person.but I have been made to feel really welcome and have enjoyed the mixed classes & have seen sum results already.i am feeling better about my self & getting some help with PT to suit my needs from the professional people they are. It is a lovely new unit & very clean with all the equipment you need. Thank you for all your help teresa lisa & Ben.

The Uniit, was a wonderful experience. The Staff are so friendly and welcoming. They will tailor the exercises to suit your capability. So no one is excluded. I would absolutely recommend them 100%
