Ordered 10th of Feb, it's now 2nd of March and no update on status of order, sent countless emails with no response. Imagine if they do deliver and I have a broken product, and I thought Telstra had a horrible customer experience.

Ordered Universal Bar 27/11/25.Paid express postage fee because I live close to Melbourne and believed product was made in Melbourne. Took Full 7 working days to reach me. Sent 2 emails which were not responded to. Tracking number on box is NOT Australian, and mentions HONG KONG - labels also mention SYD, so no, it didn't come from Melbourne. Product quality seems ok but time will tell.

Had my reservations about the shipping times, I spoke to the owner and he advised all logistical issues were solved. Bought it and received it in 4 days, amazing product and the app is great. Good job

I can’t recommend Universal Bar enough. The gear’s solid, feels pro, and the team were quick to respond to my questions. Love that it’s all Aussie-based too, feels nice to support a local brand that actually delivers.

Terrible expereince. Order no #6301. Ordered 1/10/2025. Date of review 17/10/2025. The item hasnt shipped, zero communication about the status of order. Emailed both of their email address, heard back from none. I want my refund. I Dont wanna use a product from a company that doesn't value its customers. Terrible, pathetic..

I placed my order over a month ago paying for express shipping. The add for the product at the time stated that they had new stock insinuating there would be no problem with delivery. Not only have I not received my order, the only contact I have are automated emails asking me to review a product I have not received. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions, on multiple platforms with no response. Being unable to supply in the time indicated or even at all is fine, so long as the line of communication is open. I will be contacting consumer protection and/or ACCC today

To high prices ! Bad quality food and drinks ! Horrible service and a dirty toilet. Never visit this unholy crap place

Didn’t think I’d be the type to stick with home workouts, but this gear makes it dead easy. The bands are no joke either, proper resistance. Plus, the missus has started using it too, so that’s a bonus

Honestly can’t fault it. Got mine a month ago and I’ve already noticed improvements in my whole body system. It’s tough, simple, and actually fun to use. Plus the online workouts are a nice touch. good job guys

The Universal Bar is a game changer for me. I am no more dodging crowds at the gym or wiping down sweaty benches. All I do is just set it up in the garage and get it done. I so much love the flexibility.

Had a small issue with one of the bands, but the team sorted it out real quick, this is what got me impressed so far. Good customer service, very responsive. Been using it every week since – quality is top notch.

I wasn’t sure at first, but after a couple of weeks using it, I’m all in and enjoying it. It doesn’t take up much room space, and I can train whenever I want. Works well for leg days too – surprisingly effective.

I’ve swapped out my whole gym routine with this setup. The bar is strong and the resistance is no joke. It doesn’t feel cheap at all. and I didn’t expect it to be this good, to be honest.

Love mine, I take it with me in the caravan when we head out bush. Keeps me moving even when we’re camping. Compact, tough, and just works. it's a good stuff honestly.

Had a bit of a wait with shipping but they were upfront and even chucked in free access to the workout programs. Fair play to 'em. Product's bloody great and well worth the wait.
