The support from all the team while we were staying at a property in Bristol was superb. Quick responses to any questions and issues. Sorted everything very quickly with friendly positive attitude.

Stayed for 4 nights in this stunning 2 bed apartment right in the city centre. The place is spacious and super clean. The Upgraded Property management were so good with prompt and clear instructions from the time l booked to the check out. They were checking on daily basis if everything was well with our stay.

Hakim at Upgraded Property Management immediately responded to my request for information on property rental values and presented it professionally in the required format. I can’t recommend him enough - amazing service!

Location was beautiful, quiet and a great view. The place it self was really clean.

Excellent stay via booking.com. Apartment was clean and had all amenities. Location was perfect. We were contacted regularly throughout our stay to make sure we were happy with no problems. Would definitely use them again

Hakim, has been great. He offers a personalised service that is hands on, something rarely seen these days. I was skeptical at first about serviced accommodation and shorter term lets but was assured that the additional costs of setup would pay off, which they have. With the right property in the right area, it will certainly pay dividends. Hakim and team are the right people to use if you’re looking to explore or expand into these markets. With larger agents you tend to lose the personalised service required when considered “green”. I’ve been in business 20 years and had experience with many agents. TUA under Hakims lead are a one of Bristols top. Give them a try!

These guys were brilliant. Really accommodating and always there to respond and reassure from the moment I booked the accommodation. Hakim and Harry that I corresponded with were brilliant and provided excellent customer service, courteous and helpful every step of the way. I would recommend this agency. The accommodation was adequate, but unfortunately as I had my younger daughter with me, we established it was not suitable for our stay. Nevertheless, the guys were very understanding of to my situation and very kindly issued me with full refund. You’ll be in good hands with these guys :)

Good level of service. The Upgrade Authority checked in on us multiple times to make sure everything was alright and if we had any ongoing issues. But I must admit, the facilities were great. Peak location close to everything you may possibly need. Only bad side I must add, our apartment was on the 3rd floor and we didn't know there was no access to lifts so had to carry luggage up the stairs.

I can honestly say the level of service and attention to detail is at the highest possible level.

We recently put our two apartments with this company and they were so helpful and went to great lengths to make the experience as seamless and painless as could be.

I've had my property in Brislington managed by TUA for about a month now, and I must say, it's been a fantastic decision. The returns have already exceeded what I would have made through traditional long-term letting, a pleasant surprise indeed.
