Have used the Villa Agency for years and always so happy with their service. Nothing is too much trouble and villas are fab.

We were really struggling to find a villa that ticked all the boxes within our budget. Ginnie at The Villa Agency was so helpful, removing the stress and doing all the hard work which made for a really pleasant experience.

Villa Pansy in Vilamoura, surpassed our expectations. Pansy is a complete spoil-spacious, built to a high spec whilst also feeling very homely. The garden is beautiful and we spent most days lazying by the pool, reading, playing darts and enjoying the peace and quiet and frequent bird visitors to the garden.

We chose not to rent a car. There is a Spar (less than 10 minutes walk away) which we visited most days for fresh meat , fruit and baked pastries. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the Indian restaurant in the same complex and If you want to explore further afield, the marina is a €8 trip away with lots of eateries.

Despite an issue with the air conditioning, which was sorted in a timely manner by The Villa Agency , we had an amazing holiday and would have no reservations using The Villa Agency for another holiday in the future.

We would also highly recommend the driver, Viktor ,who collected us from Faro airport who was a complete gem!

We have been using The Villa Agency since 2001 when we first went on a Villa holiday to Portugal. We have never had anything but a positive experience and Ginnie and her team go out of their way to help make this happen. This year we are using them for three Villa holidays and we have now taken two of these. They allowed us to check in a day early to a Villa where there was nobody staying that week and also allowed us early access to both villas (11am rather than 4pm). We have now stayed in around 15 villas and not one has been less than a great experience, highlighting that they do not represent any poor properties. We never even look at any other Villa operator when choosing our next summer holiday in Portugal.

Excellent service from Ginny and her team. I've booked 2 villas with her this year and both have exceeded clients' expectations! Will be using the Villa Agency again for sure.

We have finally had our holiday (end of June 2022) that we had originally planned for 2020. The Villa Agency were great throughout the period when Covid restrictions were being changed every few weeks, helping us reschedule and find the right villa and car for us. Everything went very smoothly and we had a fantastic holiday.

We finally had our holiday in May 2022 after having it rolled over from 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic. We had some discussions with the Villa Agency in 2020 about refunds etc but in the end agreed with them that they hold our money until we could take the holiday - 2022. There were some prices increases but that was not unexpected. Apart from this the Villa Agency handled our reservation very efficiently, as they always do. The Villa was ready for us and we had an excellent holiday - which we were ready for after waiting 2 years!

The villa agency provided excellent service. The villa was of high quality and well maintained.

We've been using The Villa Agency for 23 years now and they have always looked after us very well. The local villa managers have been excellent and, if there has been an issue, it has always been dealt with very promptly. We are very happy to recommend them.

Wonderful holiday from the transfer from Faro to the beautiful villa, very helpful Villa team. The pool the BBQ and gardens where well kept and the same with the Villa. All in all very professional service and sorry to leave! Will return….

I have used the Villa agency for 8 years and have just come back from our 5th booking in one of their villas. Once again, another beautiful villa and service provided as well as great communication from the team if I have had any queries. I will look forward to booking my next trip to Portugal with them.

ii recently stayed at the veramar grande in majorca, this villa was amazing and the pool was unbelievable! i took my family (10 of us) for my partners 40th birthday, he was so pleased with it. Ginnie at villa agency helped organise this along with some surprises for my partners birthday, she was so helpful. i will be booking again with villa agency and most certainly go back to this villa one day in the future.

We always use the Villa Agency for our holidays, the villas are lovely well presented and a joy to be in them

I would recommend using the The Villa Agency for villa holidays, we have rented many of the villas and would go anywhere else, they are all wonderful

Overall, a very positive experience. Only issue is the AC worked for a portion of the time we were there, and we paid extra to have the AC.

Very helpful team to speak to and the new website makes booking villas very easy
