Amazing service! Highly recommend!

El reloj lo enviaron a España pero fue devuelto a UK por algún motivo que UPS no precisa. Posteriormente Toni Wooderson The Watch Collector se queda con el reloj y con el dinero. Actualmente tengo un expediente abierto con Mastercard.
Hace más de 3 meses de la compra.Le pedí que envíe a otra dirección el reloj o que devuelva el dinero.
El reloj ahora lo vende en Chrono 24. Es un reloj que no pertenece al vendedor ya que yo lo compré.
Tampoco quiere dar la orden de devolución del dinero a mi tarjeta Mastercard.

I have not had a good experience with this company/person. I purchased a watch from 'The Watch Collector' at the Birmingham watch fair in March. I agreed in good faith to pay extra for a new leather strap and Omega buckle to be sent on afterwards. Unfortunately, it's been 2 months and after repeated emails and calls (which are now being ghosted), the items have not been sent other than an emailed receipt. Other than the money aspect which is obviously annoying, the breakdown of trust in this person is very disappointing and also starts to make you second guess on the quality and trustworthiness of the watch I purchased.

Tony was pleasant, He described the condition and it was as good as I had hoped.

Having just purchased my tenth watch from Tony at The Watch collector. I can say buying a watch from Tony is a pleasure his knowledge and advice is second to none and you can be rest assured any timepiece you purchase is going to be excellent 10/10 every time

I have bought a lot of watches from dealers on the Web.I liked the way Tony conducted the sale of the Omega.There was no pressure and made suggestions which saved me money, I was impressed.I will return to him for my next sale, and look forward to getting to know him better.I would certainly recommend The Watch Collector, have a good experience.

I bought a limited edition Tag watch from Tony. Brilliant communication, and answered all my questions clearly. I had a few reservations at first, but they soon disappeared as I realised what a genuine business and setup this was. I had a budget in mind, and Tony very kindly helped me achieve it. The watch and corresponding paperwork are absolutely perfect.

The second time I have purchased a watch from the Watch Collector and have been pleased with the service and item. Would use again.

My 1st dive into the world of vintage watch buying, which I have to say was done with a lot of trepidation, and subsequently a lot of procrastination on my part, however, I’m so glad that I took the leap and it was all down to Tony. If you’re in the market for a vintage watch, I can’t recommend @thewatchcollector high enough. I part exchanged a modern Rolex, the whole process being very quick and easy, and Tony was available to answer any questions in a very knowledgeable way. The only criticism I have is that the images on the website do not do justice to the actual product, my SeaDweller 666 is way better that I expected and it already looked pretty good!! I’ll definitely be back for another watch soon.
