Those are bad and liers and scamming people. Never trust them and be careful with them

These are a bunch of Crooks, I signed up with them for Amazon FBA ,paid them $ 3500 on 2/10/2025 for new inventory, they promised to sell it within 30 days, But that did not happen , so far I got only a variety of excuses for not doing the job. They sold about 10% of it maximum after 9 months.
They promised to buy back the leftover inventory on 11/7 when I complained about their BS. But they told me they will get back to me in 1 week for a final quote to liquidate my account, but they ghosted me since then, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED , STAY AWAY.

I had an extremely negative experience with this company. After placing an order worth $15,000, I never received the products I paid for. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service through email and phone, I received no response or resolution.

It’s deeply concerning that such a large amount of money could be taken without accountability. I’ve already reported this matter to my bank and relevant consumer protection authorities for investigation.

I’m sharing this review to warn others to exercise extreme caution before making any payments to this company. Please ensure you verify their legitimacy and read other reviews before proceeding with any purchases.

Beware of Webbuilders LLC: A Scammaster

I'm compelled to share my horrific experience with Webbuilders LLC, a company that has left me financially drained and emotionally distressed. Their modus operandi is shrouded in deceit, and I've fallen victim to their cunning tactics.

The ordeal began when Ken Williams, one of their managers, approached me with a promise to manage my Amazon Store. I was naive to trust them, and I contracted their services, paying $100 per month in advance for six months, totaling $600. Additionally, I provided $1600 for inventory procurement, bringing the total amount to $2200.

However, it soon became apparent that Webbuilders LLC had no intention of fulfilling their obligations. Despite my payments, they barely managed my store for a month before their ineptitude became glaringly obvious. When I demanded invoices for the alleged procured inventory, they conveniently disappeared. The few products displayed on the store were all marked as "out-of-stock."

What's even more egregious is their deliberate use of Zelle to receive payments, knowing full well that transactions made through this platform are irreversible. This was a calculated move to ensure they could scam their clients without repercussions.

After realizing their duplicity, I canceled the contract and requested a refund of the $1600 provided for inventory. I even offered to forfeit the $600 paid for their services. However, Webbuilders LLC's management, including Alex Matthew and Hazel, strung me along for weeks, making empty promises before eventually cutting off all communication.

What's even more alarming is that Webbuilders LLC operates under multiple company names, including SOFTECH LLC and IMPACTFUL INSIGHTS LLC. These companies are likely used to receive payments and evade accountability.

As I write this review, $1600 of my money remains withheld by these unscrupulous individuals. Despite numerous demands and promises to refund my money, they've stopped responding to my calls and texts. I have all the messages and conversations that clearly state their intention to refund my money, but they're now ignoring me.

To anyone considering patronizing Webbuilders LLC, I urge you to exercise extreme caution. Their business practices are dubious, and they're only looking to exploit unsuspecting clients. You've been warned!

This a scam company

I’m extremely disappointed in this company. Not only did they fail to produce, but they lied repeatedly. They would say they were almost finished and send a screen shot of products listed from another account with the store name cropped off at the top, but they never even logged into my store. When I requested a refund I was repeatedly pushed to continue by multiple parties only for them to say they don’t have the money. DO NOT TRUST this company.
