Fantastic coffee/hot chocolate in a very easy to use machine. It's only been used for 1 day so far and I've had 3 people tell me how great the drinks are and what a difference it makes.

Wellbeing Group really are worthy of a 5 star review and I'd say that's rarely actually deserved by companies dealing with corporate services.

We had four Billi taps installed in our offices by kitchen fitters and within less than 18 months, two were not functioning. Stupid us for not getting a maintenance contract in place from the off. Cassius in the Sales Team was helpful and responsive (and persistent!) from my initial enquiry right through to contracting and beyond over a period of several months.

David, the engineer, was friendly and competent, managing to bring all four units into full working order with a few parts ordered (one which "we have never had to purchase before"!) and just two visits. Expert knowledge and service from the whole team. They're not cheap, but you really do get what you pay for with Wellbeing Group. No hesitation in highly recommending the team to anyone.

Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable company. From the selling , fitting and aftercare of our coffee machine and top ups . Extremely quick next day delivery for more supplies, the drinking chocolate is like a piece of heaven! The machine is easy to use and clean , so all round 5 stars from us.

Excellent service, slight issue with a part mix up but professionally resolved with no drama and our thirteen year old unit is running as smooth as ever.

Polite, accommodating and always quick. Wellbeing were fantastic to work with. Their customer service was excellent. We would often request next day or even same day deliveries, on some occasions, and they would always fit us in as soon as they could. Absolutely no problems whatsoever.

From start to finish Lincoln and the team at Wellbeing were professional, with great advice and being able to visit them and see the options also helped with decision making. Installation was smooth and we have been really happy with the products! Thank you

one of there engineers Marios attended today and fixed machines which had been not properly maintained by a differed maintenance provider, he even managed to fix a machine that had been deemed unfixable by the other provider. Marios took time to explain what he found and what he had done to repair and fix and he even checked our other machines not on his list - absolutely brilliant - how I wish we had this company for our maintenance in the first place

We have been using the Wellbeing Group for a number of years. They provide excellent support to us as a small charity. They are responsive and helpful and the engineer who visits our Centre to service our water coolers is brilliant. Would highly recommend to others.
