If you’re looking for a relaxing, educational yet health effective experience. This is definitely that place to go. Learning small steps to take to improve your health, from breathing techniques, seating and standing techniques as well as homemade drinks remedies that helps you relive you of tension, bloating and more. Definitely give wellness collective a try. Highly trained and experienced staff 🫶🏾
Malika was amazing - Her Pilates sessions at the bridal retreat was a perfect blend of challenge and relaxation. She catered to all of our skill levels with clear instructions and positive energy, making everyone feel comfortable and motivated. Highly recommend!
We had Malika as a host in a muslim sisters event and she was amazing, very supportive, patient, kind and I really enjoyed the session it made me feel relaxed and my back pain that I had for months stopped!
It was a really good experience, you need to have a pilates session with Malika, you are going to feel rejuvenated!
I did a Pilates session with malika during a pre-Ramadan retreat for ladies! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Malika is extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and competent. She goes above and beyond, tailoring the Pilates session for you, though she was teaching a whole group, she would make sure she went around, focusing on areas of particular weakness/problems for each person, making the Pilates session customised for each person. She explains everything in detail and succinctly incorporating the science behind Pilates in a way that you can understand and work with, a key skill that a lot of instructors would find difficult in conveying. I can’t wait to book more sessions with malika and would recommend her highly again and again!!
We had the lovely Malika come and host a Pilates session for the UK's first-ever Muslim bridal retreat. It was a group booking, and everyone found it incredibly useful, learning a lot while feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Malika was so lovely, very professional, and made everyone feel comfortable. I can't wait to book the Wellness Collective for all our upcoming events!
Malika is such a fantastic instructor !! Thoroughly enjoyed the session. Malika has a wealth of knowledge and would highly recommend for others to join her sessions !!
