Thanks for taking the time out to leave a review about your thoughts on what we do here.
You are quite right in the fact our flavours are deliberately very subtle as we don't want to take the full flavour of the Biltong away or mask it with seasoning, giving it a slight flavour twist but keeping to the Original Biltong flavour is our aim. All our meat is sourced from UK farms and is all UTM (Under Thirty Months) of age making it the very best beef you can find.
We totally apricate that we cant hit the spot with every single customer and each persons taste is different. As you can see from the majority of reviews on here we don't often miss satisfying our customers taste.
Thanks for looking our small family business up and making a purchase it really does make a difference.
