Brilliant from Start to finish, no questions I found were to big and more importantly they have been extremely helpful and patient with me from the very start.

Since owning my casks I have had the pleasure of visiting my casks in Scotland with my husband and we even had the pleasure of tasting our whisky’s. Excellent service, no complaints.

Started my investment journey with The Whisky Index back a few months ago after a good friend of mine purchased 7 casks via TWI, after watching his progress for a little while I felt comfortable enough to get started myself, I must say I am chuffed with the progress I have made so far and there systems and way of working suits me perfectly. Rather happy and will certainly recommend further.

Astonished with how the team at the whisky index have built such a streamlined platform, I am now able to easily track my casks and any time I do need further assistance I can contact my asset manager Peter Baldwin who is rather quick and efficient. 5 stars from me.

Invested with The Whisky Index gradually over the past three months, I must say after meeting all three founders at there most recent investor dinner I now understand why so many people are drifting towards TWI, the way they operate with full transparency is very refreshing seeing as I am a first timer when it comes to whisky investing. Brilliant service, always a pleasure to deal with the whiskey index

I have been a avid Whisky cask investor since 2017, I originally started my cask journey purely out of the love for all things whisky, over the years I have had the pleasure of acquiring some rather rare cask additions to my portfolio but I have always wondered why there was not a one stop shop essentially where I could monitor and invest into casks via my mobile. Since working with TWI I can safely say that these guys are the real McCoy, yet again thank you for all your help.

Originally I contacted the guys over at the whisky index as I was curious about investments into whisky due to the fact that I have friends who have bought casks previously, after thorough research I found that these guys were by far the most in depth and knowledgable to use when buying my casks. Cheers guys.

I'd like to personally thank everyone at The Whisky Index, I have invested in one whisky cask a few years back, I was not overly impressed with my service or updates from the company unfortunately which has since led me to investing with TWI, I have nothing but positive things to say about the team, brilliant platform and even better client service throughout. 5 stars from me.
