This is not at all what they make it out to be. This is a company out of China. The fabric feels very cheap and does not resemble the images at all. The refund process is what you would expect coming out of China. It will cost you a fortune to return and they will only offer you a percentage refund back and you keep their cheaply made product. Absolutely horrible and learned my lesson. It was an expensive lesson but won’t make that mistake again. I have posted everywhere, DO NOT ORDER FROM The Wilson Family Palm Beach. It’s not a real U.S. company.

The quality was NOT at all as described, not to mention the fabric was cheap. When I tried to get a refund they were quick to tell me I had to pay for shipping back to China. I opted for the ridiculous 10% refund, which I have still not received. This was a $152 lesson learned.
Do yourself a favor and don't shop here! Total scam!

Total Fraud. The site clearly has picture of business but apparently your item is not sent from here. The return did not mention should item be returned it must go to China with a $45 charge.
Item wrong color and material from my selection. Only offer is 10% return from my cost or 50% off another item. I reported to BBB & warn everyone this is a SCAM

I love that they are lightweight however, I expected the sandal material, not the sole, to be of finer quality. In other words, they look a little cheaper than I expected.

They are crooks. I ordered the Aletal button front oversized dress. No where in the ad did it mention at all from China. Appears coming from Palm beach. NO IT DIDN"T came 3 weeks later from China and the quality of the dress is disgusting. The buttons that are in the ad are painted on as well as all the fabric. You can't leave any comments on the site to warn other women. and no response from the support email address. I don't want this dress and now saying I would have to send it back to China.. I didn't buy it from China, I bought it from the Wilsons

horrible quality, poor sizing comparison on shoes, shoes came with no box in clear plastic bag with shipping label, misleading website, product took a very long time to receive as it came from overseas. I spent $110.00 only to donate product received. I was going to just throw shoes away because they were made so cheeply and were missized

WORST COMPANY EVER
If I had know they were a Chinese company I never would have placed order. They took 3 weeks to send my order (mind you returns need to be done within 30 days). Then they want to charge $20-45 for a return (item was only $55) and won't guarantee return will arrive in China. WHAT??? THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! STAY FAR AWAY

items received did not match the picture shown on their website. Clothing was of inferior materials. When messaging them they offered us to keep the item for 20% off. The alternative was to choose other products. They even stated most customers choose this option because all returns have to go back to China. You have to pay for shipping and customs and THEN if the item does not reach the destination within 30 days of ordering they don't have to pay anything. Their picture on their website is AI generated and they do not have any physical presence in Palm Beach. Buy from Temu instead! They have better quality and a great return process like Amazon

Fabric is cheap non cotton. to return the dress i have to pay shipping of $45 to have it returned to China.

Absolutely a front for China. I received the most ill fitting cheap thin outfit. I have asked for a full refund now they want me to pay the cost to go back to China. This is such a scam and should be stopped.

I ordered two dresses from The Wilson Family Palm Beach, both long flowing maxi dresses. I should have known it was a scam once I was provided with the tracking details and it was being shipped from China instead of a warehouse within the U.S. I still was optimistic and decided to wait before I passed judgement. When the dresses arrived on my doorstep in very thin packaging it was confirmed that I had been scammed. The dresses were made out of extremely thin material and looked nothing like what was pictured on their website. It was so bad it was laughable. I have contacted Customer Service, but from reading the reviews below it would just be more costly to ship them back. I will use the dresses as expensive dust rags.

The Wilson Family Palm Beach advertises on Facebook and looks like a quality family business however the "easy returns" promised when you order are a fraudulent description of their practices. Here is the truth about their returns from their email to me.

The return must be returned to China and they state that it can cost more than the paid price with customs fees.

Option 1 was to pay shipping and handling for another item

Option 2 is they will refund you 10% of the price you paid

Option 3 – Return for a Full Refund (Cut and paste from their email.

If you still prefer a full refund, you are welcome to return the item to our fulfillment warehouse. Please note:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Estimated return shipping cost: $20–$45 USD.
- International returns generally take up to 35 days to arrive.
- Your refund will be processed once the package has been received and inspected.

They also add this note - Before we proceed, we would like to clarify our return policy. As stated in our Terms & Conditions (which are accepted during checkout), all returns must be sent back to our fulfillment warehouse in China, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We mention this in advance to avoid any surprises, as international return shipping generally ranges between $20–$45 USD and may also include customs fees.

Do yourself a favor and don't get scammed.

Items ship from China and are of seriously poor quality. The fine print says that if you return, you pay shipping back to China.
Dresses are 100% thin, slick, plastic like material with directions to wash carefully and dry flat! This is polyester?? Most polyester is indestructible. The sandals are reinforced cardboard, with emphasis on cardboard- similar to dollar store items.
They encourage people to keep the clothing & accept a 10% refund instead of returning- so you buy $150 worth of junk, they give you $15 back and you have spent $135. on items for Good Will. I will pay the $50 to send back to China and get $100 back. But they warn you “if approved” and will take another month. If they fail to approve my return, I will dispute charge with my bank.
AVOID the scam.
Update- I mailed return today. Their policy says to use same shipping company, but it is not available customers. Google said USPS most economical. The pkg was 2 lbs 9 oz- could get tracking for $48.50, but tracking stops at customs, so I paid $75.25. That is half the cost of the merchandise. However, still better than the $15. Offered by Wilson. And it makes me happy that they are not pocketing it.
Again- tell your friends- AVOID this scam.

I ordered what was advertised as an elegant, asymmetrical white maxi dress from The Wilson Family Palm Beach after seeing their Facebook advertisement. Before placing my order, I reviewed their website, which gave me the impression I was purchasing from a Palm Beach, California-based company.

The day after ordering, I received tracking information showing my package was shipping from China, not California. I immediately contacted customer support and requested that my order be canceled because this was not what I believed I had purchased. My request was ignored, and the order was shipped anyway.

When the dress arrived, it looked nothing like the dress advertised. The advertised dress featured an elegant one-shoulder draped design with a wrap-style silhouette. The dress I received was a plain, straight-cut white maxi dress with a completely different design, fit, and appearance.

I immediately contacted customer service, provided comparison photos, and requested a refund. Instead of accepting responsibility for sending an item that was materially different from the one advertised, they insisted that I pay to ship the dress back to China at my own expense.

This is not a case of changing my mind or ordering the wrong size. The item I received was simply not the product that was advertised.

After days of back-and-forth emails with no meaningful resolution, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone considering a purchase to carefully research the seller, understand where the items actually ship from, and review independent customer experiences before ordering.

I can't believe I actually had to give them a star. Can we go negative Stars? This whole thing is a giant scam the clothes are absolutely atrocious and now they want to charge me the cost of one of the dresses to ship it back to China when it came from Melrose Park in illinois. Did I mentioned that the clothes are horrific? They don't look anything like the picture they are paper thin you can see your underwear through the fabric. The whole thing is a giant scam do not buy from this company

Just received a dress that I ordered 3 weeks ago. Opened the package which came from China. When I took out the dress it was a cheap gauze piece of shit that I wouldn't wipe my dogs ass with. WARNING : This company is a scam and the pics online of this store and the family that runs it is fake.

The purpose of this review is to alert customers to the “Return” policy

I ordered three dresses which arrived about three weeks later from China. The dresses were made of cheap synthetic fiber which I was allergic to.
When I contacted The Wilson Family I encountered what they consider a “ fair” return policy. “ All returns must be sent back to the warehouse in China …. usually costs between $29-45 USD …or replacements can be sent … with small shipping fee …. or you can keep the items for a 10% refund or 50% credit… returns without prior approval cannot be processed… international returns generally take up to 35 days.. refunds after package received and inspected.”
If the poor quality of the 3 dresses I received each costing $69.99 is an example of most of the items available, I will not be patronizing this business again.
