From start to finish, the whole experience with The Window Medic was harmonious. The sales person and surveyor were helpful, polite and efficient. A special thank you to Marcus, the fitter, who made an excellent job of fitting the windows and two doors. I am very pleased with the standard of finish achieved and with the quality of the products.

From survey, quote, measuring to finally install the experience was very professional. Everyone arrived on time and completed the work swiftly and respectful of my property. A special thank you to the guy who did the installation of my replacement windows, he noticed my back door was slightly out of line and fixed this too.I

Company recommended by a friend who had used them. Initial consultation was professional and efficient and the price was within expectation. We placed our order and survey was done. Again, friendly, professional experience. Door arrived a few weeks later. It was the wrong colour. The fitters were very good and fitted it advising the correct door would be refitted in a week. At this point we received no customer service at all. No apology from the business for the mistake or any explanation as to what went wrong. The replacement took 4 weeks and we had no update to advise on this either. New door fitted by professionals and friendly people. One week later I received a phone call chasing payment. I found this distasteful given the lack of interest before this. Even when I explained what had happened there was no apology. I would not recommend or use again based on the poor customer service.

Before accepting the quotation which was very affordable, l was given a lead time and an explanation.
The fitter was on time and so respectful of my home and had the work completed with no mess at all, both windows replaced within 30’ish minutes. Excellent job l recommend this company.

We needed to replace a glass conservatory roof which we thought would be a lengthy and messy job however when the representatives from the company called they explained clearly and professionally what the various options were and that the work would only take about 2 days,
The work was started within the original time frame by the employees who were very pleasant, tidy and certainly new what they were doing.
The work was completed in just a day and a half and everything was left clean and tidy they even went around with a vacuum cleaner.
We are extremely pleased with the work done and would certainly go back to the Window Medic should we require any of the work that they undertake in the future.

Right before we were up to move we broke a window…Called this company and asked for replacement…From there it was seamless…Got measured up and replaced within a short space of time…The fitter even waited for us to get home before starting the job…Highly recommend

Having approached another window company, I wasn't happy with their sales operatives attitude so I decided to approach The Window Medic. Was I glad that I did.
