This company is the worst. I am so upset that I fell for one of their Facebook ads (shame on you, FB, for allowing this company to advertise on your site). I ordered some shower shelves more than 10 days ago. Paid through PayPal. Got a confirmation email. Then 6 days ago got confirmation that my purchase was shipped. The tracking number they sent me DOESN'T WORK, and the emails I have sent requesting info have been ignored. I'm pretty sure I will never get what I ordered and after reading the reviews here I am pretty sure the product I ordered will be a piece of crap. What an unfortunate lesson to learn.

They do not respond! Two of the four items (shelves) arrived from China defective - one didn't even have the gripping mechanism on one side and the other wouldn't stick to anything regardless of where we put it. The other two held for about a week and then came crashing down in the middle of the night. Add to the frustration: I contacted The Wish List about the defective shelves twice and they never responded. I do not recommend this product or this company.

I ordered a product and it surprisingly arrived pretty quickly considering it came from China. However, the product doesnt work as well as advertised and I want to return it. I've written 5 emails to them and havent received one response. On the website it says they do returns, but the only way to initiate a return is to email them. I fear the 30 day window will run out and I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work.

This is not an American Company. They are based in China. Placed an order with them nearly a month ago and still waiting. Their Website gives you a picture of 15 to 20 American Employees in a factory leading you to believe they are from the United States. I've sent them several Emails without getting any response. The tracking is a complete joke. Gives you a tracking number from China. When you go to track it's asking for a choice of 15 different carriers in China. I know it will get here sooner or later, that's if it's not stolen. I live in an apartment building that has an unsecured/unmanned lobby. All the US carriers no longer have you sign for packages. They just drop them off in the lobby. I tried to email them to let me know the tracking and the carrier so they wont get stolen, if that hasn't happened already. I will never do business with them ever again!!!

had a painless and very helpful experience. Any worries I had were taken care of by their helpful support team - her name was Ays and she was able to respond pretty quickly about any questions or reservations I had.
