Our members really enjoy the products the Work Perk sends over!

We are thrilled with the variety and quality of our samples! The frequency is also a huge perk, and our members are so grateful!

We’ve been participating in The Work Perk’s program for the past three years and have loved getting to sample so many cool products! Our members always get excited whenever there’s something new to try. It’s such a fun perk to share with our coworking community!

What a wonderful program! I was skeptical at first, but after speaking with our Customer Experience Manager, Kieren, and receiving the chocolates for this campaign, the experience could not have been easier. Kieren was friendly and attentive. And the chocolate samples have been a big hit in the office! I highly recommend.

We’ve been very happy with the campaigns overall. The selection of products is always high-quality and varied, and the quantities provided are just right — enough to offer our customers a nice experience without having too much left over. The quality and presentation are also very well received by our customers.

Overall, it’s a great initiative and definitely something we’d be happy to take part in again! 😊

The Work Perk is a highly reliable partner and helps us get food samples into the hands of students, including food insecure students who are struggling with food access. It is a mutually beneficial arrangement that we are incredibly grateful for. Kieren Lee, Consumer Experience Manager, is always a clear communicator.

We have availed of several campaigns through The Work Perk and have always had a great experience. The whole process is very easy and well organised, with excellent communication from the team throughout. The samples are always well received by our staff and office building and create great engagement in the offices. Been collaborating with The Work Perk for about 1 year now, and their customer service and communication have always been great: professional, clear, consistent, positive, and supportive from all their staff, with a special thank you to Kieren, their Consumer Experience Manager. He has always been on the front line, ensuring all operations are smooth and up to standard. Over this past year, they have provided our building team, tenants, and guests with amazing, high-quality free samples from various brands to test and review, often full-size. This allowed us to offer a consistent, enhanced customer experience to our community, regularly boosting team morale and continuing to build positive engagement with our occupants.

They actually did what they said they would do

WorkPerk has been a pleasure to work with across multiple campaigns. Their team is professional, highly responsive, and always delivers fresh products on time. The Kiwi and Bamba campaigns were a huge hit with everyone involved!

It is a good program and my customer experience manager, Kieren is fantastic. I do wish there were more campaigns in the US instead of always overseas especially when it comes to chocolates and sweet treats.

We've had the opportunity to participate in some great promotions to share with our employees. We have been partnered with The Work Perk for at least 3 years and it has been a great niche benefit for the office that comes at the best price possible: FREE!

I also have to say the manager that works with our account, Kieren, is so pleasant to work with. we don't talk often, but when we do it's always a pleasant experience, whether it's confirming that the promotional items have been received or if we had marketing content to share.

The samples arrived quickly, the product exceeded my expectations as well as the clients that participated with the samples, and the campaign was easy and engaging to complete. I appreciate the opportunity to try new products and share them amongst the community to get engagement not seen before as well as honest feedback. Providing great samples that our employees love! We always enjoy trying samples from such a wide range of products. Our users not only enjoy the samples they also enjoy giving feedback !

We have worked with the Work Perk for a number of years now and all i can say is that they bring a smile to the faces of our staff. It's always great to be included in their promotions and makes the workplace a happier place when staff get to try some new products.

Work Perk are a great added extra for our tenants. The campaigns create and buzz and excitement around the Centre and get people taking. We love the difference in campaigns too, great variation.

We have been working with the Work Perk for almost 10 years now...long may it continue. TWP are great company to work with and our customers love the samples/campaigns we get onsite...
