First time purchasing from The Writing Desk

First time purchasing from The Writing Desk and the experience was nothing short of excellence. Despite being an online shop the whole purchase felt like I stepped into a regular family shop around the corner. Loved the interaction and care they have with each individual order. I am very happy with their services and will surely return.

Consistently excellent!

Order received the next day, beautifully packaged and in perfect condition (with a little gift), Anna and Martin work hard to ensure all customers have the same wonderful experience, nothing short of excellence.A highly recommended, professional and friendly business and very well respected in the fountain pen community.

Tip top service.

Very fast delivery, items well packed. I was emailed to check on my choice of nib, which I had omitted. I was emailed to let me know the parcel was on it's way. My Faber-Castell fountain pen and ink was well wrapped, two free ink cartridges were included to get me started, very kind. Pen is performing beautifully, thanks to Anna and Martin of The Writing Desk, they are highly recommended.

The customer service is outstanding A very happy customer!

The customer service is outstanding - great communications, fast and efficient shipping to Canada. Diamine inks are one of my favourites. However the selection of colours available in Canada is quite limited. I will be trying the 30mL sizes in the future. I could not be more pleased with the service and the products. A very happy customer! Highly recommended.
