First time American Homeowner! 


I would definitely be using Martin and his group for all of my real estate needs. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and I was confused at some point. Martin and his team was there with me all through the hooks and crannies. They answered my questions and even gave me vital information I didn’t know before; as a result I had a seemless, and transparent experience. Thank you Martin!

11/10 I would definitely recommend The Yapur Group to assist you with your transition into home ownership! Martin and his team are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I never felt that any question I had was ridiculous or irrelevant. They’re patience and hard work to make the experience manageable was very much appreciated. Even when interests rates began to spike and we were unsure whether our purchase would be possible Martin and his team worked with us and alleviated our worries. Home buying is certainly not for the faint of heart, but The Yapur Group aid in making it worth it!

I have applied for a number of mortgages in the past and I must say this was the easiest. Shawn was great and Martin kept on top of everything the whole time. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stress-free mortgage and great service.
