I believe that my subconscious mind has endless potential to take care of me and help manifest my best life, provided I seek out, critically analyse and apply myself to the ways I trust to investigate this potential. After eight weeks of daily application of its techniques, I've found Slimpod to be an intuitively sound approach to lower my stress about food and set me free from the very idea that dieting is the only way to lose weight. I'm really enjoying observing how my behaviour is responding to the process and continues to bring my eating under control. I don't have kilo numbers on actual weight loss as I've banned the scales from my life = freedom!😅

I definitely am not easily ‘hypnotised’, this is more focussed on suggestions and reassurances such as this is not a diet it is changing your whole mindset. Well so far it’s worked for me which is amazing in itself. Sandra and her team are always there to help and there is a very string community for further support

I feel so much more relaxed around eating after decades of dieting. I joined because I was curious and dreaded the weekly weigh in at slimming club and was totally fed up with diet plans. I haven’t weighed myself but notice clothes are looser and I am feeling really happy and positive.

I'm enjoying 'not being on a diet', but taking a slower, psychological approach to control my eating (or not eating) . The science, through Sandra's coaching videos and her book is very interesting and helpful.
I'm tempted to give it 5 stars, but I'm only on week 7, so I need to see where it takes me.
I'm hoping I'll learn how to eat like 'normal' people who don't get fat!

I’ve been using SlimPod for the past two months and it’s honestly made such a positive difference to my relationship with food. One of the biggest changes I’ve noticed is that I no longer pick at food in the evenings, which used to be a real habit for me.
I feel much calmer and more in control around food now. Without really forcing it, I’ve naturally started eating less and making healthier choices, which feels sustainable rather than restrictive.
What I really like about SlimPod is how gentle and mindset-focused it is — there’s no pressure, just gradual changes that actually stick. It’s been a really encouraging experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a more balanced and relaxed approach to food.

I started using Slimpod with cautious optimism and it’s only been a few weeks but I certainly notice a difference in the amount of food noise in my day. It’s like eating has quietly taken a bit of a back seat and I now have more headspace for getting on with life.

Slimpod has really gently but meaningfully changed my thoughts about food and my cravings for food at times of stress. It has interrupted the unconscious hand to mouth eating and, most importantly to me, doesn’t make me feel as if I am missing out on anything. I feel like I can trust myself again around food to make the right choices for how I want to feel - have energy to be in my life without feeling overly full or heavy. I have lost weight but what I am enjoying is the freedom from wanting food. I’m excited about where it can take me next.

Signing up to Slimpod was a light bulb moment. Being on various diets and eating regimes most of my adult life but never being able to sustain long term weight loss. Slimpod is ridiculously easy, I can’t tell you how it just makes sense and the support available is incredible. I only wish I discovered it sooner.

If you are looking for a “quick fix” then this is probably not for you. I was incredibly sceptical but then decided to do the free trial and see how it goes. I have continued with the programme because, while I previously knew what I should be eating, it didn’t always work out. Now I find that I am instinctively choosing healthier options and eating smaller portions. I have only lost 8Kg so far (7 weeks in) but that is OK. I’m aware that changing the habits of a lifetime takes time. I’m feeling much fitter, moving more, eating healthily and my clothes are getting looser. Well worth it!

I’m enjoying the programme (I think I’m about Week9) and have noticed real changes in the way I think about food and my sweet tooth has quietened down a lot. I do feel like my shape has changed, but I’m avoiding the scales as the programme recommends. The community is really supportive, and the coaching videos have some real lightbulb moments. The only thing letting this down is the site, and in particular the pod player. The whole success of the programme rests on listening to pods every night, yet the repeat/timer often fails, and it’s only if I’m still awake I realise. Technical support has been very poor - despite filling a form in I never heard from the tech team, and customer services never checked in again to see if it was resolved. I feel that with the numbers of podders, it is probably time to invest in a proper app. I also didn’t get a reply to an email I sent last week. So yes, programme is good and I feel it’s working, but customer services/tech support has been disappointing.

Slimpod has been life changing for me! If I try to sum it up in one word - FREEDOM comes to mind, freedom from things and freedom to things. I love that it’s not about food or dieting - it’s about changing from within: mindset, healing past habits, self belief and positive outlook to name a few. The whole programme offers support and encouragement every step of the way. I’ve been on the programme for 8 weeks and I’m down a clothes size, doing some kind of movement every single day and becoming so much more confident around food. I love it and would encourage those of you thinking of joining to just do it - you won’t regret it 😊

I started this maybe about six months ago. Approached with a positive attitude. Watched all the videos, listened to the podcast religiously every night for months. A lot of what Sandra says makes sense. But I already know myself what my issues are that have led to weight gain. Illness and menopause. I am aware of what and why I eat. I didn't lose anything at all. I still felt like I am relying on will power and meal planning. Maybe I noticed more when I was full but that was it. If I ate when I wanted to as they suggested I would eat ridiculous amounts.
I paid extra for the follow on community but that was a waste of money. No one went on the paid for community. When I raised this I was told it was a technical issue at my end and there were lots of posts, not true. Yet the free community was busy.
They did offer me a free consultation but I would just be polite and still think this isn't working.
The upshot is it doesn't work for everyone.
