At Think Property, we understand that every client is different. Whether you’re a landlord taking your first step into the rental market, an experienced property investor, or looking to sell your home, we believe you deserve a service that is personal, approachable and focused on achieving the right outcome for you. Our Director, Micky, has experienced the property industry from all sides. He has been a client of estate agents, worked within the industry himself, and owns rental properties. That first-hand experience has given us a genuine understanding of what clients want and, just as importantly, what can sometimes be missing from the traditional estate agency experience. That’s why we’ve built Think Property around a simple principle: people matter. We aim to provide a genuinely personal service rather than a corporate experience. You won’t feel like just another number, and we take the time to understand your individual circumstances, keep you informed and be available when you need us. Whether you’re a landlord or a vendor, our experienced sales and lettings team will guide you through every step of the process. For us, it’s about quality of service, not simply meeting sales or lettings targets. We believe that by putting our clients first, delivering on our promises and providing honest, straightforward advice, the results will follow. We’re proud to be approachable, independent and different in the way we work. Visit one of our offices in Norwich or Great Yarmouth to meet the team and talk to us about how Think Property can help you.

Thank you to the Think Property Management team.
I would like to thank Think Property Management for their support in helping me resolve an ongoing issue with my apartment.
The situation took much longer than expected and was very stressful at times, but I am grateful for the support and assistance I received, particularly from Jess, who stayed in contact with me and continued to help throughout the process until the repairs were finally completed.
I really appreciate the effort, patience and understanding shown to me during what was a difficult and lengthy situation. It made a real difference knowing that someone was listening and helping to move things forward.
Thank you to the Think Property Management team, and especially Jess, for your support and for helping me reach a positive outcome.

Great service from both a contractor and tenant perspective
I’ve worked with Think Property as a maintenance contractor and I’m also a tenant with them, so I’ve experienced their service from both sides.
From a contractor’s point of view, they’re great to work with. Communication is clear, maintenance issues are dealt with promptly, and they genuinely care about getting things resolved properly and to a high standard.
As a tenant, any issues I’ve reported have been dealt with quickly, professionally and hassle-free. You get that personal approach you’d expect from a good independent agent, where you can actually speak to people who know the properties and care about getting things sorted.
I’d happily recommend Think Property to landlords I know and would have no hesitation putting landlords in touch with them based on my own experience working with the team and being one of their tenants.
Keep up the good work 👍
