Quality coffin. Reliable delivery. Thank you.

I hadn't realised that the funeral directors we asked them to deliver to only opened between 10-4 and Derrick was so understanding when i emailed him after they tried to deliver and then subsequently had to arrange delivery again! Thank you

My willow coffin arrived on time, direct to the funeral directors.
Great.
But, it was missing the nameplate.
It was sent by first class post and arrived the day before the funeral cutting it very fine.
Excellent build quality at a very competitive price, it looked great and I received good customer service.

I did not realise I could buy direct until I did not like the coffin options the undertaker had. Buying direct is significantly cheaper for the same top quality. Delivered directed to your undertaker. 100% happy with the product and service, given at such a difficult time, made things a little easier.
