I have a new policy with Thistle and I am very satisfied. The initial call to set up the policy was easy and without any pressure or hard sell.
I made a follow up phone call today to request policy documents by email and post. I spoke with Donald, who expertly dealt with the issue in a friendly and professional manner. Donald kept me updated on the actions he was taking without putting me on hold or long periods of silence. This is the Customer Service that makes Thistle stand out from other companies. I recommend Thistle for their competitive policy costs and for their A+ Customer Focus.

The wonderful service I received from Cristian, he listened to what I had to say. The answers he gave me in language I could understand.He really went out of his way to sort everything out for me. Came off the phone feeling a different person.He solved everything for in the most polite way

An Excellent, Professional, Dilligent, Efficient Service & Experience.

The gentleman I spoke to yesterday, was lovely very helpful, shame I couldn't stay with your company.

I received excellent customer service from Cris regarding a change in my landlord, he called back promptly after making enquiries with a favourable outcome. Very impressed with the customer service received

I tried claiming under loss of personal property but it was refused as aparantly the dont cover money. This isnt true as its stated on their definition page of the policy

I was interested in buying contents insurance for the first time in my life and I asked Donald millions of questions, hypothericals, scenarios, and he sat through an hour long phone call to educate me, assure me, answer all my questions dilligently, passionately all while being highly professional and personable. Thank you Donald I signed up for insurance later that day....I appreciate you greatly ans hope you get a promotion and payrise thanks :)

James took ownership of my issue and rapidly resolved the problem. He was courteous, professional and responsive. I initially spoke to one of his colleagues who was also courteous, professional and responsive but had some difficulty locating the necessary information for dealing with the issue (in fairness this may not have been her fault).

James was very helpful and thorough today. 100% made up for the unhelpful person previously.
