When ever i order from here it's always ready in a good amount of time and the staff are always very helpful if I make any mistakes and quick to correct them.

Emailed the company multiple times about requesting a refund for our order and it has just been radio silence on their end. When we previously contacted them asking about our order, we got a response the same day, but when we want a refund we hear nothing at all.

Great new shop for TCGs and Boardgames, also accessories! Staff is superb, very helpful and friendly. A great place to stock up on your hobby needs!

The staff do not care about customers at all. Been in 5 times in the last few weeks, kept hoping each visit would be better than the last, somehow it got worse. Staff wouldn't even take me on, asked questions and got grunts or an annoyed look before any form of response. Customer service is absolutely shocking. If you're not a 'regular' i.e. you're not in playing tcg games in the back all the time, don't bother going here. They genuinely will not interact with you and if you ask anything it's as though you're annoying them. NEVER had worse customer service from anywhere else. What a terrible shop to visit. Such a shame because if you had staff that cared about customers it could be a really great place to visit.

Ordered from here many, many times. Always a reliable source for riftbound singles. Prices are mostly competitive compared with others, is always the site i browse first when hoping to find something in stock and at a reasonable price!

As someone who is a long term customer and treat the store as my LGS. I have a soft spot for it. The majority of people I have played with their are pleasant and the longer term staff are mostly friendly.

As ever in gaming spaces it is not without a challenge. Despite having a zero tolerance policy for homophobia the owner responds to comments around making homophobic remarks on the Discord, relying on the reader to know the people involved and be comfortable with the joke. I have also heard on the store a customer being referred to by a slur, the staff member's face reacted, but they took no action. That is not zero tolerance. Self-policing cannot be the answer as that puts the highest stress on more vulnerable people.

Some of the newer staff members, are less friendly, unless they are very familiar with you, or you are buying something they have an interest in. They don't ask the questions longer term staff do, such as checking for the paid membership or an account.

While it is wonderful having a busy LGS in Aberdeen the usual challenges in gaming spaces persist. I have spent less time there and spend less money, because I don't feel welcome as much as when they first started. As they grow these challenges will only grow with them.

While this is a somber review, of someone who feels less like they fit in, it is focussed on the challenges, but it is substantially better than other gaming focussed social spaces I have been in before.
