Welcome to Total Heating Management. We undertake all forms of Gas work including boiler servicing, breakdowns and installations and are accredited by numerous top boiler manufacturers. We also undertake and extensive range of general plumbing including hot water cylinder replacements, bathroom installations down to small job like kitchen taps. We spent years training to bring you a high quality skill set, along with a trustworthy, reliable and affordable service. Local to Holland on Sea essex, our heating specialist engineers are on hand to help with whatever your issue. We also offer emergency plumber services so you will never be left in the lurch.

Excellent job

We recently had a combi boiler installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. Tom was professional and tidy. He also suggested some really helpful ideas we hadn’t considered. Everything was left clean and well-organised at the end of the job. Even set up Hive for us, making it easy to control the heating straight away. Overall, a smooth and positive experience—highly recommended.

Amazing service!

Amazing service!, prompt arrival, and did the job within 45 minutes. Friendly honest and professional service. Very happy customer thank you very much!. Will definitely be using again should an emergency happen. Couldn’t recommend enough!. Brilliant company, outstanding service A++++
