My adviser has been absolutely lovely to deal with and has kept me updated every single day, which made the whole experience feel stress-free and reassuring. Nothing was ever too much trouble and everything was explained clearly along the way.

From application through to signing and receiving the offer, the whole process took literally about 2 weeks — which still blows my mind. Danny has been incredible to deal with throughout: calm, knowledgeable, and made everything feel easy and straightforward at every step.

It’s also worth saying this has come at the end of a pretty mad year for us. After dealing with cowboy builders around a year ago and the financial stress that followed, to now be in a position where we can finally draw a line under everything, clear our credit cards and debt.

Thanks to Danny, we’re now looking forward to actually enjoying life again — planning a proper holiday, and living with less stress month to month.
